31/03/2024: A historic venue with traditional "dialectal" cuisine and quality products at a fair price. Excellent food with ancient flavors which is rare today. We went there on Easter day full local not easy to manage everything perfect and fast. A courteous and precise service with Rolando a "host" and a great host capable of entertaining customers in an excellent way and making you feel at home.

16/03/2024: I was with friends at the now timeless and unsurpassed Rolando, who for decades has been delighting palates with truffle-based meat recipes We ordered a complete menu, the ravioli and game meat were divine, all accompanied by some excellent local wine The look of the restaurant has remained intact, frames of famous people and awards make this place one of the top dialect cuisines in the region Rolando and his children are very kind and make you feel at home, then as usual in some moments of the evening Rolando acts as a brief entertainer with some of his local stories that gave life to the dialect cuisine All perfect

31/03/2024: I have been to this restaurant a few times which is located in the beautiful village of Stacciola di San Costanzo From here you can enjoy a fantastic view of the surrounding valleys, and you can also go on numerous excursions on foot or by mountain bike. The place is not very large, but it is very welcoming and reflects the nature of the village Stone and wood are the main materials of the furniture, it seems to be transported a little in time The menu is mainly meat-based, with traditional or slightly revisited recipes, but with unique goodness, the manager and staff are very friendly and always available I recommend making a stop if you are passing through, you will spend 1/2 hour of great serenity and pleasure Top

Excellent cuisine, particular menu with refined dishes but inspired by local tradition, quality ingredients from a short supply chain, very nice welcoming environment both in the ceremonial hall and in private rooms. Garden with children's games. Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff, quick service. More than recommended!
