13/02/2026: I recommend calling before booking if you want the spa. They're on Booking.com and are among the properties with a spa. It's a shame you pay first, then ask for access to the spa, and then they tell you there's no availability. Why the hell do you put this among the properties with a spa? Waste of time, and I'll get my money back in 7 days. When I could have avoided all this. P.S. I would have paid for your spa, but it's not fair that I, a customer who has already paid, can't use it since the spa is there. If we don't use it, who can book it? Obviously, there are first-class and second-class customers. Very unfair. And I add that I had booked for 2 days, and you don't guarantee me, since, I repeat, it's written that they have the spa for at least 1 hour by paying and booking, because this is stated by booking and paying separately. It doesn't say "spa unavailable." Come on, please...it's objectivity and fairness.
15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm.
Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE!
The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!

05/04/2026: Easter lunch with a fixed menu costing €50. The appetizer was of mixed quality, a small piece of very salty pie, two slices of salami, and little else, including half an egg with mayonnaise, probably cooked the day before because it was greenish in color. The first course, cappelletti in broth, was decent; the second course, lasagna, was inedible: completely mushy, so much so that the waiter couldn't even serve it. The second course was a disaster: sour, perhaps the béchamel had gone bad or something. Even the table next to us left everything on their plates. When we pointed it out to the waitress, she apologized. The lamb and steak were fine. The owner at the cash register didn't even mention the very serious matter of having served a first course that wasn't bad, but, I repeat, went bad. Madam, we didn't ask for a discount, but please be careful what you serve because the customers' health is at stake.
22/03/2026: The food was very good, and the owner was very kind and friendly.
But we were disappointed by the staff, who were not at all friendly and not very willing to work. Initially, a black woman wearing a headscarf came to the table to take our order. As soon as we saw her, we were a little perplexed because we didn't understand who she was, since she was wearing an out-of-place work uniform.
Slow service.
I think they should review the organization and staff rules a bit...for image and professionalism, it's important.

Ristorante Valle del Metauro Country House

16/01/2026: My family and I spent a weekend in July at the Valle del Metauro Country House.
I was immediately struck by the property: a beautiful structure, surrounded by nature, with a swimming pool and restaurant (an important feature since dinner was served in the evening, without the need for much movement), bikes available, a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, and great availability and courtesy.
From the first contact, Mrs. Brunella was very friendly, as were the girls who serve dinner and breakfast on site, as well as all the pool and garden maintenance staff.
The Country House consists of 12 independent, country-style apartments, equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including two glasses of wine. Each apartment has its own private garden terrace, where you can dine in the evening or simply spend time with friends. We rented two.
Pet-friendly property. I realized it's closer to my home than I thought... in fact, by pure chance and without knowing it, we met some neighbors 🤣
So, when you need a refreshing break, a short break, and can't leave due to work or family commitments,
I highly recommend the Country House.
The restaurant offers a menu with few dishes, but all very good 😋
03/10/2025: 🌟 Wonderful vacation – perfect! 🐾for family and dog
I was alone with my small dogs at the Country House Valle del Metauro – a dreamy place in the hills of the Marche region. The Country House is idyllically situated in the Valle del Metauro, near Montemaggiore, surrounded by olive trees, fields, and hills. A quiet location, well-kept, charming apartments with their own small garden – ideal for unwinding.
The pool is great, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dogs are very welcome! For larger dogs, it's best to inform Brunella in advance – so she can assign the accommodations optimally.
Brunella is a fantastic host: warm, helpful, and always there.
The city of Fano, the sea, shopping, and beautiful destinations such as amusement parks are quickly accessible. It's also ideal for active guests – because in the evenings, you can relax in the Country House.
Conclusion: Lovingly run resort – highly recommended for solo travelers, families, and dog owners. I'd love to come back!

26/04/2025: Eccellente ristorante , piatti veramente buoni con un rapporto qualità prezzo estremamente corretto, il personale poi è efficiente e molto cortese il tutto in un ambiente piacevole e curato . Ci torniamo volentieri ogni volta che veniamo nelle Marche. Consigliatissimo.

04/03/2025: Cena con amici in questo piccolo localino, necessario prenotare perché i coperti soprattutto d'inverno sono davvero pochi. Menù semplice ma con diverse scelte, pasta fatta in casa, servizio veloce e prezzi modicissimi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ci torneremo sicuramente!
26/10/2024: Primi fatti in casa, abbiamo preso tortellini ai funghi porcini e ravioli radicchio speck e noci entrambi spaziai!!!!! Come secondi agnello fritto e coniglio in porchetta, SUPER!!!!!! Patate al forno sabbiate e verdure grigliate tutto veramente squisito. Il prezzo ottimo,. Eravamo in 8 e siamo stati tutti contentissimi e strapieni, consigliato vivamente sia per pranzi di lavoro, raduni familiari o tra amici. Non c'è stato qualcosa che sia andato storto
