15/02/2024: Nice weekend spent in this beautiful place. We took advantage of the lunch, aperitif, dinner and spa service. The spa left us very surprised... it deserves it. The restaurant surprised us a lot with its dishes but honestly the prices of the dishes, for example the first courses, are quite high... and the portions aren't even large considering that we didn't take expensive dishes... a tagliatella with ragù, a tortello in broth... You are forced to eat there because there is nothing around. But the hospitality was all good too!

16/03/2024: Nice place. Impeccable and very kind waiter service. Unfortunately we found a vermicelli in a baking dish and we only asked for a slight discount (there were 13 of us and instead of paying €41 each, given what happened, it seemed like the minimum was €40) which was not granted... however I recommend you try it because experiences vary depending on the moment, everyone makes mistakes but the important thing is to understand the mistakes and remedy them!!!

03/04/2024: I have been to Freschezza di Monte in Montemaggiore al Metauro on a few occasions The place is a pearl on the hill, from where you can admire the surrounding panorama at 360°, sweet colored hills which at dusk, with the first lights coming on in the distance, make the place unique At the Frescheria you can have an aperitif, traditional or vegetarian, all accompanied by excellent wine Typical of the place is to sit with blankets on the floor, the food is served on a low table, you eat everything calmly, until dusk ends, and then, still calmly, you get up satisfied by the excellent quality of the food, wine, and the changes in the colors of the landscapes around us, created with the setting of the Sun Top
