Beautiful and involves many transfers.

Milan Airport is very close to the Alps. That's its biggest highlight. You'll see them shortly after takeoff. There are also many souvenir shops inside the airport. The prices are reasonable.

A rapidly growing Italian hub in the airport sector, it is easily reached by car via the motorway and by bus and train from the city.

An airport should be like this airport all around the world. Loved the options for all the cafes and restaurants through out the airport. I almost cried looking at how amazing the food is and how I will miss it so much while leaving Italy.

Mega large airport on three levels. Convenient high-speed train to the center of Milan. I would go again and again and again.

We departed today at 7 PM. There were no queues at all for EU citizens and non-EU citizens; we were worried there would be due to the introduction of the EE system. There's a nice business lounge for business class. When we arrived at the airport a week earlier at 11 PM, the queue was about half an hour.

Functional, large, clean and well-serviced airport, I would only make more chairs available to travellers waiting to depart, and I would continue to print boarding passes instead of having them only digitally, because I don't find it hygienic for staff to touch passengers' phones.

The place is nice and comfortable, but transportation is a bit problematic; there are only two trains an hour. And it's very crowded. Allow yourself an hour and a half for the journey.

Chaotic, expensive parking, €10 sandwiches (except at Mcdonalds... but at De Gustibus...). The renovation of T2 had been announced before and after COVID, but aside from a few details (restrooms and shops), the structure seems to have remained unchanged. In departures, before security checks, there are two bars and a newsstand. The pharmacy is "hidden" in the arrivals area (8:00-19:00). It's easyJet's terminal, and at peak times, the queue to get through security can be truly nerve-wracking! There's a FastTrack lane (€10, or €9 if purchased online from the SEA website). There's only one scanner at security that allows liquids in containers larger than 100ml to be passed through, but there are a couple of drinking fountains: one after security, near the restroom before the duty-free area, and the other, also near the restroom near gate D09. At Arrivals, exiting on the left of the terminal there are the bus stops and crossing the road, following the shelter you reach the train station and the stop of the free shuttle to T1
