21/03/2025: Abbiamo fatto aperitivo sedendoci sui tavoli all'esterno, dove purtroppo non fanno servizio al tavolo, infatti ci siamo dovuti arrangiare noi. Se si prende il classico spritz da 6€ ti portano solo patatine e arachidi, per 10€ a testa invece portano anche un tagliere di stuzzichini vari (affettati, tramezzini ecc) che abbiamo apprezzato.

30/03/2025: We went there as a whole family for lunch on a Monday at noon before returning to Catalonia. The food was ok, some dishes better than others (pasta al ragu good, the rest more simple), but we saw that it is homemade food made by workers, without pretensions and at low prices. The place was clean, but it has no remarkable design or style, village bar style. But the service was fast and good, especially the waitress who was very nice, always with a smile. He did us the favor of writing the menu on a piece of paper, instead of reciting it in Italian, so we could understand it! Thank you!

11/09/2024: We were staying overnight at Dolce Wyndham 10 minutes walk away. We wanted some pizza and noted the great reviews of this place. They were not wrong, the wood fired pizza"s were first rate. Delicious.! Owner is a great person and happy to have a chat. Prices a very good. Highly recommend.

06/04/2025: Prenotato una domenica per festeggiare un compleanno. Apertura del ristorante unicamente nel weekend offerto di menù fisso con prodotti a km 0 e di ottima qualità. Come antipasto c'era un tagliere di Salumi, dei rustici di stagione e per finire un primo sale di giornata. Dopo siamo passati a un bis di primi risotto e pasta del giorno ( ragù di agnello ). Di secondo ho optato per il fegato con cipolle con della polenta come contorno. Cibo di ottima qualità, lo consiglio assolutamente per feste o altre ricorrenze.

02/03/2025: Domenica a pranzo con menu prestabilito. Salone pieno, nessun posto Libero. 38 euro escluso il vino. Tutte pietanze molto buone. Iniziamo con un tagliere di salumi, primo sale condito e antipastini caldi (polenta con gorgonzola, patata con salsiccia e cipolla ripiena), bis di primi (risotto ai porcini e fusilli al ragù di manzo e costine di maiale). Per secondo si poteva scegliere tra roast-beef all’inglese con patate al forno, capretto di mirtilli, bocconcini di vitello con porcini, cassoeula. Noi decisamente sazi abbiamo optato per il roast beef. Non ce l’abbiamo fatta ad ordinare anche il dolce che vi è stato dato da portare a casa. Acqua e caffè sono compresi nel prezzo. Come vino abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di buttafuoco (18 euro) dell’oltrepo Pavese, assolutamente dignitoso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La visita odierna era finalizzata a capire la qualità della proposta gastronomica perchr mio figlio doveva decidere dove organizzare il pranzo per la sua festa di compleanno: abbiamo prenotato qui. Anche la cameriera che ci ha servito è’ stata molto gentile e disponibile nello spiegare i piatti. Bravi!

06/05/2025: Paella made with basmati rice is IMPOSSIBLE!!! saffron, peas and peppers can't be missed. It would be appropriate to change the name to "fisherman's rice". Magically then the "menu" price that is proposed rises for no reason (since we took less than expected). Maybe the pizza will be saved. Very informal atmosphere, but the limited clientele is something to think about.

14/04/2025: Having read the previous reviews, perhaps we were unlucky. Family lunch (à la carte) with rather minimal portions. Sad meat fillet (pale doneness, not that nice grill colour). Slightly long waits. Tax receipt with the total and not the specifics of the costs.
