23/12/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to delete my previous review (5 stars) and replace it with this one. The food here is good, but unfortunately, we'll never return due to the rudeness of the staff (who aren't young). I repeat, it's a shame because the food is good and we always enjoyed returning, but following some questionable behavior by the staff, unfortunately, they'll never see us here again. We would have loved to spend New Year's Eve here, but instead, due to the rudeness and impolite attitude of the lady, we'll spend it elsewhere. As I saw written in another review, "politeness is everything, especially in this line of work," and they're absolutely right. If they don't know how to treat customers, they'd be better off closing down. If they only want to cater to "a certain type of clientele" (as we've noted), they should open a private club, not a public establishment like they currently are.

17/12/2025: We've been to the Bisuschio location many times. The dishes are always delicious and the hospitality is top-notch.

30/03/2026: A simple place with traditional dishes and friendly staff. I had a mixed fried fish dish, which was very good, but honestly, I expected it to be a bit more filling; I had to order a portion of fries. Otherwise, a great place and fair prices.

06/03/2026: Here I am to tell you what happened to me... the food at this restaurant isn't bad, but something unfortunate happened. My husband had a pizza and a risotto alla Milanese with crispy bacon and pistachios. When I was almost finished eating the rice, which was also good, I found a very long, light-colored hair inside. I pulled it out of my mouth and forced myself not to vomit. We reported the incident to the (very kind) waiter, who apologized, but when they gave us the bill, they charged us for the rice too! We reported the incident to the cashier, and the cashier took half the price of the rice off our plate. Plus, she looked at me disparagingly, as if I was hitting on her... The plate was sent back. It was almost finished, but there was a very long, light-colored hair inside (I'm brunette). I pulled it out of my mouth with a napkin after chewing it and put it on my plate. P.S. My husband tried it too, but I was the one who got the hair! It makes me want to throw up just thinking about it!! The place is nice, the food isn't bad, but the hair isn't... and LESS THE CASHIER WITH HER ATTITUDE. I'm not used to leaving negative reviews... but everything has its limits.

15/02/2026: Total Disorganization – Valentine's Day Evening Ruined Unfortunately, our Valentine's Day evening was a complete disaster due to the poor management of this venue. We had reserved a table for 8:00 PM, hoping for a pleasant dinner, but at 9:00 PM we were still waiting at the door, along with other impatient couples. It's unacceptable to accept reservations for such an important evening if you can't manage the time. After standing around for an hour and having no certainty, we decided to leave and try our luck elsewhere. A real shame and a total lack of professionalism towards those who had made advance arrangements. If you want to avoid stress and endless waits, look elsewhere.

22/02/2026: €1.50 for a coffee isn't a fair price for a pastry shop (a very ordinary location) and a location in the historic center (pretty sad). I won't be returning.

27/01/2026: This pizzeria is a guarantee for me! In the Venegono inferiore and superiore areas, and I would also add Castiglione, it's one of the best pizzas ever, from the dough to the abundance of toppings. It's always been quite light, being thin and never too salty! I often use home delivery with my boyfriend, always very helpful! The only time they were a bit late was a few nights ago, when the delivery driver got the wrong address! But as a rule, I highly recommend it!! 😍

19/12/2025: A trattoria with a retro feel through and through. There's no menu with prices, but it's explained verbally using notepads, just like in the old days. A variety of dishes, and a special mention for the polenta, so light and creamy! Fair prices; for two of us, we spent €60, including drinks. A must-see after visiting the Torba Monastery.

09/12/2025: I gave it a 5-star rating because my first and only (so far) experience at this restaurant was surprisingly positive: four of us arrived almost at closing time, and we were still greeted with great hospitality. The two dining rooms, with a retro feel, are very welcoming. The menu was varied and not banal. The food was good. The owner, who personally served us, was very kind. The discreet background music was also pleasant, and didn't interfere with conversation at the table.

16/01/2026: The staff were very friendly. I dined there two nights ago and tried both the pizza and the restaurant menu: everything was delicious! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I ordered six pizzas for 8:30 PM. I was told they'd arrive on time. Now it's 9:17 PM, but they still haven't arrived. I called the pizzeria twice, and a young woman answered, telling me the pizzas were just coming out of the oven. I asked for an explanation, but the girl, annoyed by the situation, hung up on me.

10/11/2025: I was hoping for something better, they invited me and I don't know the cost, I asked for the corrected coffee, it never arrived for water and wine, long wait, shame because the atmosphere is nice

28/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria with a lakeside beach in the summer. I've eaten here about four times, both for lunch and dinner. The pizza is excellent, perhaps one of the best in the area. The burger selection is also excellent. The place is very nice, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I could perhaps improve the salads; they're a bit sparse and nothing exceptional. The beer selection is also excellent. I highly recommend this place, especially considering the prices (excellent for the area) and the convenient parking.

27/12/2025: Good piadinas, fair prices. Nice atmosphere. The woman serving wasn't particularly friendly.

11/03/2026: We've been going there for years now. They're always punctual, helpful, and kind. The Cantonese rice and meat ravioli are absolutely the best, with generous portions. I highly recommend them.
