11/10/2025: It's like going to lunch at an aunt's house; you eat on the veranda, right in the owners' home. A true agriturismo, simple as it should be. Excellent pumpkin and gorgonzola risotto, and the savory pie and desserts are also excellent. The appetizer was meager, and the price was perhaps a bit high for what we ate. However, we had a great time, especially with the kids.

14/05/2026: I've had the pleasure of frequenting Pizzeria Ocoptus for over ten years, and I'm always happy to return. Nadia and Giacomo are the perfect hosts. The food is excellent, the desserts exquisite.

02/05/2026: Describing this pizzeria requires a moment's attention. It's a family-run establishment, run by husband and wife, Nadia and Giacomo. They put care and passion into every detail. The atmosphere is immediately striking. It feels like being underwater. An octopus watches you from above, giving the place character. Then comes the pizza. And that's what matters. Light, tasty, just the right amount of crunch. Easy to digest. Just how we like it. An example. The potatoes and radicchio. No photos. It went too quickly. 😄

03/07/2026: On June 27th, Filippo and I celebrated our wedding at this fantastic hotel. Carmen, Mario, and the entire staff assisted us with every decision, carefully crafting a menu that reflected our vegetarian needs, and helping to decorate the room with the decorations we prepared: everything was impeccable! They accommodated the needs of all our guests, from the elderly to the children. They served everyone punctually and precisely, making sure everyone felt comfortable at all times. For a sweet ending, they prepared an incredible cake, just how we wanted it! This is a historic venue, with a family atmosphere and good food, where you can enjoy an incredible view of Varese's most beautiful village. Highly recommended!!

22/06/2026: I ate at the restaurant. The view is amazing, a short drive from Varese, the view is amazing (you can see Lake Varese, Lake Maggiore and Lake Cumabio.

02/05/2026: READ TO THE BOTTOM: I loved this pizza from the first bite! Classic Neapolitan pizza, very good dough, and you enjoy eating the crust! It takes a short time to make. However, I don't buy it anymore because it requires cleanliness, and I hope the owners can read the comments because that's what disgusts people: it's inappropriate for the lady at the cash register to handle the ingredients without the slightest hygiene, after touching everything, including money, and the pizza chef lets her do it! Disgusting!

24/05/2026: How can I describe in a review a place where everything is new but everything is so tied to a bygone era? This is the Circolo di Oneda, a welcoming place made of meticulous research into what hospitality is. The place is very nice, cared for in every detail with pieces of furniture that each of us has lived in, and the menu is not what you would expect from a village club but has in its being a touch of innovation, remaining still rustic and the dishes are confirmation of this and as far as I'm concerned I ate well and paid the right price, the service is kind and attentive, the atmosphere is engaging with music that makes you remember the essence of the place. I compliment Erno on his determination and his desire to not let these small realities die, not really accustomed to tourism, but to our reality...

06/05/2026: A very simple trattoria serving traditional dishes cooked just like at home. A great place for a family lunch, a quick lunch, or a dinner with friends. The service is impeccable, but that doesn't mean the trattoria isn't friendly and courteous. I've always had lunch there, and I'll update when I go for dinner.

16/05/2026: I found the pizza thin and of poor quality, the ingredients had a strange flavor and I found the dough to be poorly leavened, not to mention the fries worse than those from the Mc Donald's and if you want to add sauces to make them edible, each packet costs you 0.30 cents more. Price too expensive, I do NOT recommend it.
