14/06/2025: We had wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, on the recommendation of friends. Unfortunately, high expectations did not lead to real experience. The place is very nice as is the outdoor terrace. The service is formal, kind, a little serious but no negative notes. As for the dishes tasted, unfortunately we were never lucky enough to try anything so pleasant or surprising, indeed in some ways the starters and main course were disappointing, A dry and dry veal fillet with a small amount of sauce that did not manage to make the dish less stringy, a completely anonymous tartar, the accompanying sauce not even sufficient to add value to the meat. A normal mention for a regular spaghetti with seafood. We expected a different experience, but we certainly cannot fail to note that the place, the service, and perhaps many other dishes could be decidedly more valid. The professionalism of the place and the other reviews make us think of a bad day... But we hardly think of returning. Prices are a little high.

La qualità del cibo è nella media per questa tipologia di locale: non ci si può aspettare l’eccellenza, ma nel complesso l’esperienza è soddisfacente, soprattutto per chi cerca una cena abbondante a un prezzo contenuto. Ideale per una serata informale con amici o famiglia.

24/05/2025: Cena estremamente soddisfacente, tempi brevi di attesa e cibo di ottima qualità. Soprattutto i sushi e le tartare meritano un plauso: estrema freschezza del pesce ma soprattutto condimenti delicati e gustosi, che non coprono il sapore del prodotto. Atmosfera molto carina e accogliente, un po' Scomodo per i gruppi numerosi, perché ci sono parecchi tavoli piccoli, ma la soddisfazione di mangiare bene vince su tutto.

17/06/2025: We had dinner with friends on Sunday evening, the location is very pleasant, the service is attentive and precise, the dishes are presented very well and taste excellent. A restaurant where you can go as a couple or with friends and experience a very pleasant evening in every respect.

16/06/2025: Very positive experience. Aside from a bit of coldness upon arrival, a bit justified by the fact that everyone works very seriously. Fantastic location as is the food. Prices are adequate for the very high quality of the raw material... I must point out that I took the palette as dessert and I was a bit disappointed because they were not sweets that I liked. So I recommend specifying the desserts present in the palette on the menu. Fast and very professional service. The rest is top!!! I will definitely be back!!!

22/05/2025: I was happy to have dinner with my friends at this restaurant, but following a very restrictive ketogenic diet, the only dish suitable for me would have been a simple miso soup. The restaurant only offers a fixed evening menu for €34, with no possibility of flexibility, not even in special cases like mine. Even though I was willing to eat something (and not sit down without ordering). The result? My friends had dinner and I went home. I understand the fixed menu policy, but a little openness to specific dietary needs (be they ethical, medical or dietary) would be a sign of attention to customers. A real missed opportunity, both on a human and professional level.

01/05/2025: Disappointing experience. There were four of us but there were only three chairs at the table. I politely asked to take one temporarily from inside (where there were many free), saying that I would immediately put it back in its place. However, the lady was very rigid and not very accommodating, saying that if they gave us one more then they would "be left stranded". Truly an exaggerated attitude, especially given that there were many chairs available.

05/01/2025: At the Corte del Ciliegio in Castellanza, Pasticceria Stefanetti prepared the refreshments for our son's baptism, Alessandra and Silvia from Pasticceria Stefanetti demonstrated professionalism and familiarity in helping us with this party. The food was excellent, starting with focaccia, savory croissants, cream puffs and many other appetizers... moving on to Ligurian lasagne, to finish with a fantastic fruit tart. They followed us step by step in the choice and together with their staff they presented a rich refreshment, delicious, which received compliments from all the guests. We are happy with everything, and we would like to thank them personally. Together with their help we managed to prepare a great refreshment. They took care of all the details, for the preparation of the room, for its cleaning, for the service to the guests. We really appreciated all their contribution. 27/03/2025: Che brutto vedere un locale gestito da piacevolissime e capaci imprenditrici, che ha un crollo del genere. Nell'ambito di un lavoro durato mesi abbiamo frequentato questo locale molto spesso, piatti sempre accattivanti, variegati e di qualità ad un prezzo congruo. Oggi eravamo a Varese ed e' stato inevitabile tornare li a pranzo...prima sorpresa locale semivuoto alle 13, una volta dovevi attendere che si liberassero i tavoli....nessun menu con i prezzi ma una delle proprietarie che ti racconta il menu del giorno...e proprio ti racconta perché sul pollo" ruspante " esagera un po' troppo, prima nel lodarlo e poi nel conto. Pochissima scelta nei primi al punto che ho chiesto delle orecchiette e mi hanno portato delle tagliatelle che evidentemente hanno cotto insieme a quelle del mio commensale. (Tra l'altro sono le 20,16 e non le ho ancora digerite) . Ci sarebbe molto altro da,aggiungere ma non voglio tediare nessuno, mi limito a dire che il ricordo era quello di un eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo, oggi lo ritengo pessimo , 81 Euro 2 primi e 2 polli "nostrani" con purè un acqua e due calici venduti come "riserva". Il tutto su un tavolino con tovaglie di carta ....oggi il prezzo corretto poteva collocarsi tra i 23/ 25 euro i 40 euro a testa sono stati veramente assurdo anche perche' la qualità di cio' che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto era davvero mediocre. Consiglio di farsi dare il menu con i prezzi prima di ordinare. Per quanto ci riguarda non ci vedranno mai più...peccato
