The restaurant is well stocked with both Japanese and Italian products, the owners are very kind, the quality of the raw materials is good, the only flaw the last time I went was the soy sauce which seemed to be diluted with water

Average. Good. But very messy, and I saw while they were changing a tablecloth that there was a huge brown stain underneath.

It's a clean restaurant with very friendly staff. I chose the all-you-can-eat option. The service was prompt. However, I have to admit that the dishes didn't impress me at all, but that's to be expected. It's not a restaurant with authentic Japanese cuisine and top-quality food. You can tell a lot of the food is frozen. I highly recommend opting for the Italian menu.

I arrived around 7:00 PM, ordered right away, and after about 45 minutes or an hour, my order arrived—this has already happened twice. I've been going to this restaurant for years, and this lack of good service isn't favorable to you, given the heavy competition you face. I hope you can improve your service based on my review.

It's the place I go most often, and it's also very welcoming. Heavenly food, and there's a great variety of dishes. The staff is very polite and they also bring the dishes very quickly. Highly recommended.
