We were here yesterday for lunch, and having never tried ramen before, we weren't sure what to expect. The experience was simply excellent, one of those that leave a lasting impression and are fondly remembered even long afterward. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the welcome and kindness of the staff, always attentive and professional, to the presentation and quality of the dishes. The ramen was truly delicious, carefully prepared, exuding passion and innovation. A complete gastronomic experience, capable of winning over even those, like us, who were trying this dish for the first time.

One of the best places, actually the best place I've ever eaten ramen. It's delicious, I recommend it to everyone. I'm always looking for other places like it, but nothing is like this.

We went here for lunch and I have to say the place is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly, kind, and highly knowledgeable. We ate and drank really well. I think the prices are a bit high, but otherwise I highly recommend it.

We started with the takoyaki, simply sublime: a true celebration of flavors, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of ingredients. An appetizer worth the visit in itself. Then the highlight: the Tokyo Abura Soba. An incredible dry ramen, rich, intense, and deeply exhilarating in flavor. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, with a savory and complex flavor that's hard to find elsewhere. To conclude, the rice pudding with red bean paste and a faint hint of chestnuts: delicate, enveloping, and perfect to end such an intense dinner. The restaurant is spectacular not only for the food, but above all for the obsessive attention to detail and incredible care for their customers. You can feel the passion in everything. Booked for a Monday evening via WhatsApp: everything was perfect and very clear. The restaurant is well-kept. The right number of tables for quality food, not like a chain. We were greeted with a smile and helpfulness! The two young men who looked after us at the table were friendly, helpful, attentive to some special requests for gluten-free options (which were fully respected!), and very professional! The ravioli were very good; the boneless chicken legs were crispy and their mayonnaise was truly perfect; the meat ramen was tasty, very good, the meat tender, and the addition of bamboo was perfect; the fish ramen was delicate, and the fish inside was very flavorful. Very good food! We loved it! The price was right for the quality of the food! I would definitely recommend it for a quality ramen where you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere and feel a little bit like Japan!

We came to Taiko Ramen on the recommendation of a friend and were pleasantly surprised. We ordered takoyaki, onigiri, dumplings, seafood ramen, and the special of the day: okonomiyaki. Everything was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. A pleasant experience, we'll gladly return. Reservations recommended!
