The atmosphere was enchanting. Alex welcomed us, first introducing us to the restaurant's history and then guiding us through our selection of dishes, masterfully prepared by two young chefs who know their ingredients and can present them sublimely. I stumbled upon Osteria Farmacia dei Sani by chance... and honestly, it was a wonderful surprise.
As soon as you walk in, you immediately feel that warm, family atmosphere that's hard to find these days. The staff puts you at ease from the moment you arrive, always smiling and helpful.
I ate really well: carefully prepared dishes without being overdone, authentic flavors, and ingredients that taste fresh. Those dinners where you don't look at the clock because you're simply enjoying yourself. The recommended wine was also perfect.
What I liked most? The authentic atmosphere, without any "fake elegance." It makes you want to come back again.
Places like this are rare these days. ⭐️
