A pleasant evening and, above all, a pleasant surprise, both for the food and the extremely professional staff.
I recommend the raspberry-glazed octopus tentacle on a
purple potato purée and marinated agretti (spectacle).
As well as the dry-aged Bavarian rib steak.

Farmacia dei Sani is undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Castellanza. It can no longer be called an osteria (as its historic sign says), both for its attentive and professional service (like a high-end restaurant), its table setting (white tablecloths and glasses suitable for fine wines), and, above all, its prices (all dishes average around €18-20 per course).
In short, if you're looking for an excellent restaurant with medium-high prices that are still proportionate to the quality of the offerings, this is the place!

Everything was top notch!!! Delicious risotto! Delicious selection of cheeses and exquisite ingredients, gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and artichokes were amazing!

This was our second visit to this restaurant. I must say my husband and I had a truly wonderful time. The food was excellent, made with quality ingredients. The color combinations in the dishes were also beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dining room was warm and welcoming, with a fireplace. The wines were perfect. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, fantastic and meticulously prepared cuisine, excellent selection of wines from the associated Tenuta Montemagno winery. Very attentive and wonderfully friendly service. Fairly priced. Now a regular stop at least once a week.
