Simorestaurant has moved from Stradella to Broni, a very short distance away. The restaurant has improved. To eat Roman specialties and more in the Oltrepo Pavese area, you must go to Simorestaurant.

The location is beautiful and welcoming. The food is excellent. The pizza is top-notch, light and tasty. A very welcome courtesy for customers: the knife for cutting the pizza sideways underneath when they bring it to you!! Top 💯💯💯

New management with excellent Roman dishes cooked to perfection. The pizzas are also excellent. The wait staff is still in training, but they're friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back 👍

Excellent pinsa, good Roman first courses.... some confusion with the service (new location and crowded Saturday didn't help, but desserts were offered as an apology!) Overall, more than positive!

I'd been to the Stradella restaurant several times, which was much smaller and had fewer seats, and we'd always had a good time. On Saturday, we went to the new location in Broni for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't even remotely comparable. The restaurant is much larger and seats much more, but the organization currently leaves a lot to be desired. The service was surreal; the waitress serving our table seemed to be performing a penance. When asked if they served wines by the glass, she annoyedly replied yes, but only those already opened, and left without specifying which ones. She then took drinks orders from only two people at the table, and nothing from the others. Then Simone came to take the main course orders, and the quality was truly different; you can tell he knows his job. The food was truly excellent, both from the kitchen and the pizzeria. Unfortunately, the timing between the oven and the kitchen wasn't very coordinated, so those at the table who had asked for pizza arrived almost immediately, while those who had ordered pasta received it after the others had already finished theirs. To recap, the food was really excellent, but the service needed a complete overhaul.
