30/07/2024: The place is very beautiful but we were only able to admire that without eating or drinking: as soon as we arrived we were asked if we had booked, and although the place was half empty with several free tables, the answer was: "Eh, I don't think I can. …” as I am not sure of the arrival time of the customers (but with a reservation there is also the time, in theory). For an aperitif consisting of a couple of platters, for two people, I don't think we would have caused inconvenience, plus it was enough to say that the table would be available for a limited time, and we would have appreciated it anyway, but I don't find it correct to send away potential customers . Sorry, but we won't be back. EDIT: following the response, no madness and no pretension, nor even putting it in a bad light, did I describe the moment without inventing anything, or are only 5 stars and appreciations fine?

I'm not talking about everyone, of course... one waitress in particular, however, was really grumpy towards us all evening and without motivation. Never again if I have to choose to go to Garlasco to eat there are definitely better places

We chose the tasting menu at €45 and we did well! Clearly, we could also choose to eat any à la carte dish and certainly spend less, but we wanted to try a bit of everything. We were fully satisfied: from the starter to the dessert everything was delicious! We will definitely be back… Thank you!

31/03/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, good value for money... A little noisy, but nice environment, because I live with lots of children and families.

30/03/2025: At first, leaving aside the considerable difficulty in reaching the place, the farmhouse presents itself as a pleasant and pleasantly rural place. The magic breaks immediately upon entering: we sat in a long room (more of a Fantozzian canteen than anything else), with tables close together and terrible confusion, for three and a half hours. From 1pm, when we arrived, the second one arrived after two hours, without even an apology from anyone but only with an air of condescension. To be honest, the food served, apart from the second course, was also quite good, but it certainly wasn't worth it or even the expense. I would only recommend the place to families with children, given the presence of some animals outside, but who have a lot of patience.

It's not the first time I've stopped to eat in this restaurant, which I've known since it was in the old place and I promised myself I wouldn't leave a review before trying it again. I'm sorry, but the food has no flavor and it all looks the same. Mini seafood appetizer to be seen again (they still serve the prawn cocktail in pink sauce), marinated anchovies inedible due to the vinegar, fish carpaccio unrecognizable because it is tasteless, grilled prawn cooked for too long, two pre-cooked and cold mussels (I I ask what is needed in an industrial kitchen to cook mussels at the moment), salmon carpaccio which is actually smoked salmon. Let's leave the first one. Too bad, because the location is enviable.

12/04/2025: I went there last year for my birthday and it is a real medieval style tavern. Fantasy themed food and simple dishes with interesting combinations. They also have board games and cards.

31/03/2025: Nice atmosphere, but the bread is too dry, the chips are hard and few, when you book you have to specify how many eat and they make a fuss if you don't have dinner or at least the majority, even if the place is empty. You can play until late at night but the playing cards we played with (exploding kittens) are dirty because someone removed the protective bags. In the end I spent €30 for a sandwich, a medium beer, a dessert, a glass of cider and a trio of sauces
