12/06/2025: Super friendly and smiling staff; proactive in recommending new dishes based on our tastes. Clean place and quality food. We gladly go there at least once a week. I recommend it. The prices are in line with all meat restaurants. P.s. I am wary of reviews like Gambero Rosso 🤣 when I believe that the most truthful ones are the simple ones, in fact I do them like this.

23/06/2025: Restaurant nestled in the alleys of the town of Varzi, almost a little difficult to see but a very nice place, quiet and with always attentive service. The restaurant has a very nice inside but it is the outside that conquers. Small corner of relaxation for a romantic and quiet dinner among flowers and candles. Unfortunately there was a storm during our dinner but the outside is covered so it was possible to continue with the sound of the rain in the background. The waitresses were very present and came several times to us and the other guests to ask if we wanted to come in to eat indoors. Traditional dishes cooked very well and more than satisfactory value for money. I recommend going there because it is worth it!

25/05/2025: I stopped on Sunday with friends and consumed a first and a second course, both very good, unfortunately they did not satisfy our tastes.

16/07/2025: Buon posto per cenare: cibo buono e personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere con gnocco fritto ( salumi ottimi) e risotto positano con frutti di mare molto saporito.

L'équipe de Sam (Samantha) est formidable de courtoisie, de gentillesse et de savoir-faire (les spritz, une bonne quinzaine, et les cocktails). Rebecca, Matteo, Mathis, Guido et les autres vous les prépareront, accompagnés de planches de charcuterie /fromages du coin. Polpete (boulettes de viande avec une sauce délicieuse). Belle collection de vins locaux et autres. Terrasse sur la place Vittoria où vous ferez vite connaissance avec les artistes peintres, écrivains, poètes, musiciens, organisateurs d'événements ou illustres inconnus comme votre serviteur, qui en font leur Q. G.

17/06/2025: The entrance from the pub is truly unique, it reminds me of a pirate's lair, I found it welcoming and fun, then you arrive at the restaurant, a little small but well laid out. Fried dumplings, delicious, offered by the house together with seasoned focaccia, just to pass the time. Giant and good pizza, mixed fried food very good and not greasy. Fast service and welcoming and kind staff. We were there on an evening that included live music. The group performed in the external courtyard where the table service for drinks continued. A few mosquitoes but the owners thought of this too: Autan for everyone! Reasonable bill. Nice evening! We will be back

26/10/2024: Una delle pizze più buone della provincia, gustose e digeribili, consigliate anche di sera (ottima lievitazione, altrimenti resta sullo stomaco tutta la notte, almeno a me...). La scelta è ampia, i prezzi molto convenienti, il servizio cortese. Non capisco perché sia poco conosciuta, e mi dispiace. Il vantaggio per il cliente egoista é che si può arrivare anche senza prenotare...Quando ci porto qualcuno che non la conosce, il successo é garantito!

17/07/2025: At the new location, the outdoor seating is nice, the food quality varies as the pizza chef changes frequently, the staff is generally acceptable, and the service is fast. Unfortunately, the old owner, who was always there and always guaranteed everything, is no longer there. Lots of different draft beers, and the desserts aren't up to par. Reservations are required after 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. It's possible to find a table without a reservation between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM for 4-6 people.

12/07/2025: The pizza is always top-notch, light and easy to digest. I recommend the very thin one...it's gigantic.

16/03/2025: Restaurante muy agradable y acogedor, "spring" menú era súper, comida y vino genuino! Camareros muy eficiente y amable, chef fue muy servicial, él propuso servir risotto temprano a mi hermana (antes de "mantecatura") porque no le gusta el queso parmisan.
