20/06/2025: Restaurant located in Varzi (PV) On 16/6/25 there was the Varzi salami festival, you can imagine the presence of many tourists and not only, to taste the local delicacies Salami, wines, cheeses etc... As for the restaurant, more than positive, and prices within everyone's reach. I will go in September when it will be cooler.

02/09/2025: NEVER AGAIN!!!! After I finished eating, I felt like throwing up. The tartare tasted like extremely salty prosciutto, the temaki tasted like broccoli, and not the good kind, and the fish in general had no flavor. Highly discouraged. Only come here if you suffer from constipation. I guarantee you'll be seriously disgusted.

04/08/2025: A small but welcoming bar in the square in Albuzzano, with outdoor seating available. Very friendly staff, delicious coffee, and excellent croissants. And they also pay attention to cleanliness. Recommended!

20/08/2025: I haven't been back to this pizzeria for a long time and I have to say that the standard is always quite high. Really good pizzas and a very nice place.

19/08/2025: A very welcoming place, with a lovely outdoor terrace (mosquitoes permitting), and a glass-enclosed outdoor area available upon request. The place is clean, the service is good; the stretched-dough pizzas (thin dough in giant sizes) are excellent. Occasionally, on Friday evenings, there's musical entertainment by Raff Dell'erba & Fabrizio Zatti, who perform entertaining covers of famous songs. The prices are perhaps a little higher than average, but it's worth it.

03/05/2025: If I could I would give 1000 stars. Excellent food, everything on the menu is delicious. The meat is very fresh and of great quality, pizzas are always well cooked and very good. I can't find a flaw anywhere. The service is impeccable (especially when Marco is there), they have now become family... it's our favorite place!!

25/07/2025: Nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza, the dough is good overall, but they only put the bare minimum on top, so it's very digestible.

31/07/2025: Io e mia moglie abbiamo scoperto Osteria Barbavara quasi per caso, e ne siamo usciti con il sorriso e il cuore pieno. L’atmosfera è autentica e accogliente, con quel tocco rustico che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Il servizio è attento e cordiale. La cucina è genuina, fatta con passione e rispetto per la tradizione. Ogni dettaglio, dal pane alla cortesia del personale, racconta una storia di cura e amore per il mestiere. Un luogo dove si mangia bene, si sta bene, e si ha voglia di tornare. Consigliatissima per chi cerca sapori veri e momenti sinceri.

20/07/2025: My family and I often return to this restaurant, which, in our opinion, is one of the best in the area. The owners' passion for cooking is reflected in their commitment to quality food. The owner, who is always present, is kind and attentive to even the most discerning customers, always offering the best advice. The cuisine, traditional Italian, is also suitable for those with food intolerances. I highly recommend it.

16/08/2025: Excellent mid-August lunch We went yesterday with a couple of friends for mid-August lunch, and we had a great time. Luisa

15/08/2025: I'll start by saying that everyone has their own tastes. The appetizer was unpretentious but good. A tip: I'd remove the salami skin before cutting it, to avoid mold contamination and also to avoid using your hands to remove it. The first courses were local, risotto, and magro tortelli, which lacked a little more butter. The second course was a cold dish. The desserts were good. The wine was excellent. One note: the bathrooms don't have a way to lock the doors.

21/08/2025: Biblical times for just a toasted sandwich, which was also very small, burnt, and incredibly salty. The ineffectual barista, bouncing here and there, chatting incessantly with some customers who I assume are regulars, feeling like a character, and meanwhile, time passes. Plus, another quarter of an hour to pay. Is this the traditional professionalism of Italian bars? It's a shame, because the place itself (like walls!!) wouldn't even be a good place!

12/08/2025: I stopped in with a colleague for breakfast. Excellent products, friendly staff, and prices commensurate with the high quality offered. Convenient parking in front.
