Hanami In Pavia

My point of reference now for eating excellent sushi in Pavia. A certainty across the board, impeccable service and kindness, dishes prepared to perfection as per Japanese tradition. In short, my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant, try it and you will never be disappointed whether at lunch or dinner.

The food is really excellent, the service is kind, but really not very attentive, very slow in serving, they left us without drinks for almost the entire dinner, even though we had requested it. Very honest account! we will return (but not on Saturday evening)

A guarantee for quality and excellent cuisine. Hanami is a Japanese restaurant of the highest level, the best in all of Pavia and of many restaurants, also recommended by the Michelin guide, in all of Lombardy. The service is exceptional, always attentive to customer care to make them feel at home. The sushi chef, Leite Ke, is truly professional, preparing seasonal menus with great tasting creations. When I go to Hanami I feel at home, it's the pampering that my husband and I give ourselves at least once a week. Recommended, highly recommended and recommended!

I am a regular customer of Hanami, in my opinion the best sushi in Pavia. The sushi Chef, Leite Ke, is really very good and kind. I recommend trying the sushi bar experience. Very courteous staff

Entertainment all in all, especially since I just love delicious raw fish.....

Hanami presenta degli arredi minimal sia pure con qualche peculiarità quali gli origami che pendono dal soffitto. Il personale di sala è attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Quanto alla qualità dei piatti occorre sicuramente dire come la qualità del maguro o della ventresca di tonno sia indubbiamente più elevata di quelle dei ristoranti con formula all you can eat. Tuttavia avremmo apprezzato maggiormente una cucina omakase che si differenziasse non solo per qualità ma anche per tipologia di piatti proposti. Qui troveremo dunque i soliti temaki, uramaki sia pure con un riso cotto meglio, teppanyaki e un ottima tempura di gamberi ma decongelati;  buonissimo l'unagi. Il conto risulta in linea con la qualità del pesce servito sia pure abbia risentito di maggiorazioni nel corso del tempo forse per adeguarsi all'inflazione. Consigliato ma spostandosi su Milano ci sono ristoranti giapponesi decisamente migliori.
