I got take-out food and ate at home. They should improve the packaging with thermal trays.

I tried the rib eye and it was perfect, I must try it!!

I was incredibly satisfied with this restaurant! ✨ The service is impeccable, attentive and courteous, and the quality of the food is truly superb, every dish is a delight. 😋 The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. 💯

Unfortunately, I have to reevaluate: over time, the service has deteriorated (today they hit rock bottom: a 20-minute wait, no communication, everyone disappeared into the dining room, the manager glued to the phone listening to God knows who... we had to leave, never happened before in half the world...) and the atmosphere is absurd (company policy: no air conditioning. Okay if done intelligently, but not always, even with the sun beating down on a muggy 30-degree day...). We returned by chance, it being a beautiful January day and almost empty, everything was fine... I'll give it a star on faith... after a while, everything seems to be back to normal. Aside from the occasional excessive children's chatter, the place deserves another star again. I'll add: the music has been too loud lately...

The usual roadhouse but with hasty staff

The food remains up to the standard of the entire chain. A year ago I gave it 5 stars, but today I have to change my mind. They've changed a lot of the staff; the new guys are very young, through no fault of their own, and unfortunately, they're not yet ready to manage the dining room. There's no customer service, very long waiting times. I hope this review can be a warning for the future. The atmosphere remains unchanged, but still welcoming.

Good-quality meat: the service was terrible, not because of a lack of staff but because there was only one person in the dining room, with a little help from the kitchen. A good hour for an otherwise excellent chateaubriand.

An evening spent enjoying a good mix of grilled meat and delicious ribs with potatoes. A bit of a wait for a table, but the staff who served us were kind and helpful. It's a shame their app, which offered promotions, wasn't working!

Great experience! Excellent food and very kind and helpful staff. The only flaw was the service was a little slow, nothing too serious, but the wait was a bit tiring.
