16/06/2025: Pranzo di domenica 15/06. Festa compleanno in 12 tutti strasoddisfatti della qualità del menù fisso (non c’è menù alla carta). Classica proposta Pavese ma qualitativamente sorprendente. Prezzo veramente ottimo e veramente tutto compreso anche vini in bottiglia di loro produzione “senza contare le bottiglie portate…” Tra l’altro ci hanno cambiato tavolo al volo per metterci in una sala dove c’era aria condizionata risolvendoci un problema sorto all’ultimo, veramente gentilissimi. Ambiente carinissimo tra tavoli esterni e interni in varie sale e salette, adatto a chiunque voglia condividere il convivio un po’ chiassoso ed allegro Tutto gestito in vero ambiente famigliare. 17/07/2025: Piadine pazzesche, impasto leggerissimo e sottile, forse una delle più buone che io abbia mai mangiato (e frequento la Romagna da una vita) con ingredienti di ottima qualità! Consigliato!

CRAZY something different from all the other piadinas we have tasted... really delicious... then many different gins and the possibility of having an aperitif... 28/09/2025: Remember McDonald's or Burger King? Forget them! Exceptional burgers and fries, super friendly and helpful staff, a "medieval" location, but in the best sense of the word. Plus, it's open late. What more could you ask for? 10 out of 10.

07/09/2025: I've never left a review in my life, but after discovering this place, brought to me by some friends from Pavia, I couldn't help but give it 5 stars. 5 stars above anything else in the city and beyond, for the ambiance, the kindness and courtesy, and above all, the food.

07/10/2025: Local restaurant with excellent and affordable pizzas. Good service as well. Pizza was delicious, baked in oven wood I would recommend the special one "speciale". Large, thin and crispy. Very reasonable priced a quiet atmosphere but was surprisingly busy for a Monday night at 9pm.

20/06/2025: Great Discovery: The Older Tower between taste and versatility! I had lunch at The Older Tower and I must say it was a pleasant surprise! The environment is very welcoming and well-kept, suitable for both a quick lunch and for more quiet occasions. I was struck by its versatility: you immediately understand that it is a place where you can stop for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, an aperitif or even to celebrate events. As for the food, I started with a delicious pasta alla Trapanese: the flavor was authentic and the ingredients fresh, a truly excellent dish. For the second course, I chose the lemon chicken, and it was simply exquisite! Soft, tasty and with a perfect lemon scent, definitely worth trying. The service was courteous and attentive, the staff was always helpful and smiling. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the quality of the dishes and the pleasant environment. I highly recommend The Older Tower to those looking for a versatile place to eat well, both for a quick lunch and for a special occasion. I will definitely come back to try breakfast or an aperitif!

07/09/2025: VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE We were invited by a couple of friends who were already seated at the table, with a €20 carafe of aperitif and a plate of appetizers already served. We arrived and ordered an identical €20 carafe, expecting to receive the same treatment... but the appetizers never arrived. We asked for an explanation, and the answer was: "The plate was for four." Now, let's clarify: the appetizers had been served before we arrived, and we didn't have to show up, so it's not a question of "number of people," but of transparency. No one informed us of this supposed rule, and honestly, it would have been correct to do so. Only after I insisted were we brought appetizers... different from those our friends had received. Add to this the total lack of attention: no napkins, no courtesy, no final question like "Did you like it?" It's not about the food: it's about FAIRNESS, RESPECT, and PROFESSIONALISM. When a customer spends the same amount, they should receive the same treatment. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Very unfortunate.

16/09/2025: Super delicious pizza, quality ingredients, fast service. This restaurant/pizzeria was recommended to me, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food served.

07/09/2025: Nice, fresh, and clean place. Friendly, professional staff. The sourdough pizza is excellent, and the fish and meat are also excellent. It's also a great choice for lunch. Recommended if you're in the area.

09/09/2025: Stopping by for lunch today after a very difficult day, I found a pizza that made me smile and face the rest of the afternoon in a good mood. Vittoria's signs and her advice, which I'm sharing in the photos, are adorable!

24/05/2025: The products are of excellent quality but the behavior at the cash register annoys me. The lady systematically rounds up the amount to be paid in her favor. It's a few cents but since I pay with a credit card and not in cash I want to pay the exact amount!

25/07/2025: One of my favorite places to eat in Pavia. The staff is always very friendly and the food is delicious, although a few more vegetarian options would be nice. ;) Anyway, my friends and I end up there every time we go out. The place is truly beautiful and the atmosphere is fantastic!
