Lievito Madre In Vigevano

We found this pizzeria by chance but were very pleased. We ordered two very good pizzas! We were about to leave without dessert, but the owner convinced us to try the "fiocchi di neve" (snowflakes)...and he was right, because they were spectacular! If we ever pass through Vigevano again, we'll definitely be back!

A cute and welcoming place, albeit a bit small, with an interesting concept: the option to create your own pizza by choosing your own ingredients and combinations. A plus for those who like to experiment. The owner is truly kind and helpful; you can tell he cares about his customers and the service. We ate outside: there's limited seating, and while it's pleasant during sunny hours, the space is a bit limited and can be less comfortable in the hottest hours. As for the pizza, the concept is good, but the ingredients weren't exceptional: decent, but not up to par with what you'd expect from a place with this concept. As for the bill: €47 for three pizzas, three canned drinks, and a dessert seemed a bit high compared to the local average. Overall, a positive experience, thanks above all to the owner's kindness and the option to customize your pizza. With additional ingredients and a slight price adjustment, it could become a worthwhile destination.

The pan pizza is delicious, made with excellent ingredients. The price is very reasonable for a place in the main square in Vigevano, and the atmosphere is friendly and family-friendly. The desserts are excellent, some brought directly from Naples. The staff is truly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend coming here!!

Amazing pizza experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There is an extensive beer menu. The prices are fair and the ingredients are high quality. The fiochi di neve was remarkably pillowy soft - so glad we tried it! Highly recommend this restaurant! With 2 huge servings of pizza, 2 beers, plus a dessert and a coffee - less than €40!
