07/09/2025: VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE We were invited by a couple of friends who were already seated at the table, with a €20 carafe of aperitif and a plate of appetizers already served. We arrived and ordered an identical €20 carafe, expecting to receive the same treatment... but the appetizers never arrived. We asked for an explanation, and the answer was: "The plate was for four." Now, let's clarify: the appetizers had been served before we arrived, and we didn't have to show up, so it's not a question of "number of people," but of transparency. No one informed us of this supposed rule, and honestly, it would have been correct to do so. Only after I insisted were we brought appetizers... different from those our friends had received. Add to this the total lack of attention: no napkins, no courtesy, no final question like "Did you like it?" It's not about the food: it's about FAIRNESS, RESPECT, and PROFESSIONALISM. When a customer spends the same amount, they should receive the same treatment. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Very unfortunate.

23/07/2025: Nice place, excellent food, but we had a rude and unfriendly waitress. I know it's hard working with people and working on weekends—I do it too—but you can't just be annoyed at everything. Anyway, I'll definitely be back for the fish because it was excellent, hoping not to be served by the same waitress... 😉

21/07/2025: We've been going there for 5 years now. It's the best in the area, and the food is truly excellent! The atmosphere is in keeping with Japanese culture and is clean. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

04/05/2025: What can I say, everything was very nice and the food was of excellent quality. Rather elegant place with decor that instantly transports you to Japan, very clean (even the toilet is perfect) smiling and discreet but always present staff. The raw material is of the highest quality (salmon, for example, it is difficult to see the fat filament between the muscle fibers). The dimensions of the sashimi cuts are by the book. The rice cooking is excellent.

04/09/2025: Not far from the Modena hospital, a couple of kilometers from the city center, convenient parking. The restaurant offers Modena specialties. I've dined there more than once, so I'll mention more than one dish. The house wine is decent. The grilled meat is excellent and plentiful. The tigelle are good. The grilled chicken is well-cooked and flavorful. The fried gnocco needs a review, as it's a bit too greasy. The prices are reasonable.

13/08/2025: This is my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. The food was poor, it wasn't good. I booked a day in advance and asked if children under 4 pay. I was just wondering, and they said no. Children under 1.20 don't pay. When I got to the cashier, they said no. Because I only ate 4 fries, the service was pretty good. A waiter took my plate even though I hadn't finished, and he didn't ask if I had finished.

17/08/2025: A magical place to find time for yourself. Renata's cuisine is excellent, featuring fantastic garden produce.

13/07/2025: Don't be put off by the dirt road that leads to N'uovo: despite a few potholes, it's absolutely worth it. The service is good, blending with a friendly, informal atmosphere; the dishes are rich, tasty, and tailor-made. With a lactose-intolerant and a vegetarian at the table, no one was in a hurry, neither in the kitchen nor among us. Recommended for Sunday lunches and more!

07/08/2025: A typical establishment on the other side of the covered bridge, with a lovely collection of life-size roosters, large canvases by a Pavia artist inspired by Donald and Minnie Disney comics. The welcome is very friendly, the service efficient and warm, and the dishes delicious.

12/07/2025: I go often. I think it's the best in terms of both atmosphere and food. Prices are in line with all other sushi places.
