When you enter, you immediately understand what it's all about: substance and quality that don't blend with trendy furnishings or a nod to Michelin-starred grain boutiques. No, here, there's the art of bread, pizza, pasta, and cuisine dedicated to satisfying the palate without breaking the bank. The owners come and go from the bakery immediately behind the sales counter, and you can both feel and see the authenticity of the products. Delicious, hot, and varied, with specialties from all over Italy available. The kindness of the Losacco girls completes the picture of a place that's as good as its products. In the focaccia, I rediscovered the forgotten taste of that oily slice I ate on vacation in Tuscany. For this, you have earned my endless gratitude.
