11/06/2024: Pizza che avrebbe meritato le 5 stelle, peccato che ci è arrivata a casa completamente bruciata, cornicione e parte centrale. Abbiamo chiamato per segnalare la problematica e ci è stato risposto che a fine serata il forno ha alte temperatura ed è quindi un inconveniente che può capitare, però allora se non si riesce a garantire un buon servizio non bisognerebbe effettuare consegne oltre una certa ora, dal momento che il prezzo delle pizze è lo stesso sia per chi la ordina a inizio serata, sia per chi la ordina a fine servizio (22€ per le due pizze ordinate). Precisiamo che l’orario di consegna (21.45) ci è stato proposto dalla pizzeria, dal momento che prima non sarebbero riusciti perché impegnati con altre consegne. Riproveremo per dare una seconda possibilità.

23/10/2025: I've read a lot of positive reviews, so I'm sorry to leave this review, but my experience wasn't the best. I felt the atmosphere was rather cold and the staff were unfriendly. Service was slow, and during aperitivo, the only food served—besides the usual bagged chips poured into a bowl—consisted of small sandwiches with ingredients that seemed of poor quality.

04/09/2025: Long-term parking is outdoors, in neat rows in a field. The staff is very friendly. You leave your car at the hotel entrance and it will be parked by valets. The airport shuttle takes you directly to the car where it was parked. The very kind driver transferred our bags from the shuttle to our car without them touching the ground.

17/08/2025: Simply the best place to catch your flight at Malpensa. The shuttle service is excellent. And if you arrive late, there's a restaurant that can fix that.

28/10/2025: Fabulous stylish wine bar in a side street with excellent selection of interesting natural wines. I had a floral delicate orange wine that tasted like nectar. Super nice staff who also gave us local restaurant tips for sublime places that didn’t come up on Trip Advisor or ChatGPT.
