16/06/2025: The online store on ottolina.it does not ship coffee to EU countries, as if we were still in the Middle Ages!!! I have to order it directly from Canada, because Italians are so lazy that they do not even answer emails. I guess they do not want to ship coffee outside their country. Milan is 1200 km from my home and I can get there by plane in an hour, paying 20 euros for the ticket, but Canada is closer to this coffee... The mechanism of your online store is Shopify. It allows automatic translation into English of the entire store and therefore I will not ask if there is information on international shipping in Italian. The coffee is very good, but the purchasing options are so difficult that they discourage any purchase. Online stores and e-commerce are present all over the world and to improve the service and automation, plug-ins are purchased.

04/06/2025: Sono uno studente universitario e frequento il Bar Ateneo da ormai due anni: è diventato la mia tappa fissa per il pranzo dopo le lezioni. Che dire? Il personale è sempre cordiale, disponibile e genuinamente simpatico. Anche nelle giornate più storte, scambiare due parole con loro riesce davvero a migliorarti l’umore. Ho provato sia le colazioni che i pranzi, e in particolare i panini meritano una menzione speciale: oltre ad essere di ottima qualità e super saporiti, sono anche belli carichi — diciamo che con uno solo ci fai tranquillamente tutto il pomeriggio di studio (o di sonno post-pranzo 🤣). In fondo, una parte del mio percorso universitario la devo anche a loro: perché certi luoghi, e soprattutto certe persone, riescono a farti sentire a casa.

30/04/2025: Prima volta che visito questo bar. Personale gentile, cortese. Servizio veloce. Cappuccino piuttosto piccolo ma buono. Brioche alla crema non male. Prezzo onesto.
