20/05/2025: I hadn't been to this cafe for a while but yesterday we ended up here for lunch. Nothing to say about the food, the salad and toast were good. The waitress was very kind. But the setting, completely changed compared to a few years ago, seems like being in a disco... A tilted cross who knows what it symbolizes. In my opinion this cafe has lost a lot

19/04/2025: Very good pastries and brioches, but only to take away. If half the tables are occupied, expect them to come and take your order within 10-15 minutes.
17/04/2025: In my opinion they could even close. To pay for 20 minutes, to have a coffee another 15, on a weekday where there weren't many people. They also look at you as if they were doing you a favor.

17/11/2024: We went in low season. There was a good offer of pizzas and snacks made with bread, all fresh and tasty. Furthermore, they freshly made our sandwiches, which were really good. Excellent service and quality even in a quiet period. Highly recommended!

29/04/2025: Luogo accogliente e molto curato. Cibo ottimo come sempre, con preparazioni fatte in casa e prodotti tipici del territorio. Il servizio e il personale sono sempre molto gentili e attenti. Il caminetto acceso rendeva ancora di più accogliente il locale.

25/04/2025: He took takeaway pizzas, it felt like being in NIGHTMARE KITCHENS with a gentleman who was probably the owner who treated the pizza chefs badly in front of everyone, even swearing. A great shame, the pizza was also very good, made by pizza chefs who were treated like a fish in their faces... this gentleman absolutely doesn't deserve the staff he has to work for him. These things are not done, and for this very reason we will never go there again.

Chiedo cortesemente alla cameriera, un po' abbondante, e non mi segnala alcunché.
Vado alla cassa a saldare il conto e la signora, credo sia la proprietaria, se lo fa pagare a sorpresa € 27.
In quel momento ho pensato di essere all'Albereta di Erbusco ...🤣
Invece no, benché in Franciacorta, la trattoria Bagio non è l'Albereta...

01/02/2025: Historic pastry shop in Rezzato masterfully managed by Massimo and family.
Small but very welcoming, tastefully furnished and always surrounded in every corner with high quality details. Very fresh and varied mignon pastries with a note of merit for biscuits and meringues. Also worth mentioning are the cafeteria and aperitifs... nothing is missing from this pastry shop to call it top!
