02/06/2025: We were welcomed by Cinzia and her mother with professionalism, care and kindness. The kitchen offers delicious and creative vegan dishes, with natural, fermented, organic and local products. There is also attention to specific needs such as gluten-free. The location is very suggestive at the foot of the Christ the King of Bienno, inside an ancient hermitage. For all these reasons, the Bioristoro deserves at least a detour if not a visit to get to know the place and the passion of those who are managing it.

04/05/2025: An experience worth trying. The care and attention that CINZIA, Chef and owner, puts into her dishes is unparalleled. Vegan cuisine. If you want to take a sensory journey, this is the place for you. The attention to detail in his dishes makes them look like a work of art and you will find the same care in his restaurant: small, intimate, refined, with an incredible panoramic view. To say recommended is an understatement, you absolutely must go!

11/05/2025: Nothing to say about the food, but in terms of service it seemed like we were bothered by being there and with what we paid those who needed at least a smile or a friendlier welcome didn't hurt

31/05/2025: The place is very nice, welcoming and well decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience was partly ruined by the behavior of one waiter. He was intrusive, unprofessional and, at a certain point, allowed himself to make inappropriate jokes towards us. The situation worsened when he turned to another table to audibly tease us. This attitude made us seriously uncomfortable and made us feel mocked in a context where we expected respect and courtesy. We understand the desire to create an informal and friendly atmosphere, but there are limits that should never be exceeded, especially in respect of customers. We hope that this is an isolated episode and that situations like this will not be repeated in the future, because the restaurant certainly has potential and deserves attention for the quality of the food and the environment.

29/05/2025: I FOUND A DEAD BUGS NEXT TO THE SUSHI ON MY PLATE, embarrassing. They didn't even offer me lunch.

27/06/2025: Beautiful and cozy place. The quality of food was disappointing. Of all the fish dishes, only salmon was tasty. Sad. Take simple dishes, pasta for example, it might be better.

25/06/2025: Excellent restaurant for dinner. Very friendly service, pleasant ambiance, and a peaceful atmosphere. The food: top quality, generous portions, and reasonable value. Why only 4 stars? We also had breakfast here, thanks to the Aurora Hotel. The service and atmosphere were also excellent, but the limited selection and the large amount of pre-packaged and therefore not-so-fresh food were a negative for us compared to dinner. Perhaps prices should be raised to offer the same experience? We were unfortunately disappointed with breakfast. However, dinner was highly recommended several times.

23/03/2025: Indian restaurant located in the historic center of Brescia, very nice and welcoming, a warm environment, a serene and almost contemplative place. Very interesting and pleasant gastronomic proposal in the balance between raw materials and spices. Extremely courteous service, always a smile, an exhaustive explanation of the dishes and constant help in choosing the courses. The wine list is excellent. I recommend booking.

03/04/2025: Premesso che ha tantissimi aspetti positivi oggi sono riuscito ad arrabbiarmi. Vi sembra possibile che il pane sia passato da 6€/kg a 7€/kg.? Un aumento Più del 15%. Forse la proprietà ha confuso i dazi di Tramp che sono in import in America non in export. Mi sembra un aumento ingiustificato, mi ricorda cosa hanno fatto in Italia con il cambio £/€, ora be approfittano con la scusa, senza scusante dei dazi?

Excellent food service, super nice!, the rooms are very nice, not very spacious but enough to live in; However, I believe that with a little more effort they would be more beautiful and modern, also because in mine there was already a door with an indent covered with a bit of rubber. Normal balconies but nice view
