They created a classy and delicious pastry buffet, which was greatly appreciated by all our guests. The wedding cake was also superbly crafted; they brought our vision to life, exceeding our expectations, and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! A special thanks to Cinzia, who provided impeccable service!

19/11/2025: I often go to Salamensa for breakfast, and over the past few months, I have to admit that my experience has become increasingly disappointing. The format is different from the typical cafeteria: it's a self-service cafeteria, so there's a high turnover of customers. For this very reason, however, I expect greater attention to cleanliness. I often find dirty tables and floors covered in crumbs, sugar, and other debris, with no one consistently cleaning up. Considering that the prices are the same as traditional table service, I'd expect at least an equivalent level of care. Another critical point for me is the wait: on average, it takes at least 20 minutes to line up just to get a tray and sit down. There are more people serving—someone handling the pastries, some at the cash register, some overseeing the savory portion—but in the cafeteria, where the slowest work takes place (coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc.), there's almost always only one person. With a long line, this inevitably slows everything down. Furthermore, the coffee machine is quite dated: today, there are much faster and more efficient solutions without compromising quality. When Cristina is there, the situation improves significantly, but I still think that a place of this caliber deserves more careful management of flow and service. I'm surprised that Mino, whom I consider an expert in the field, doesn't grasp these aspects: it would be enough to visit the place during peak hours, observe and listen to customers queuing or seated. Lately, it also seems to me that the quality of the pastries and drinks has changed a bit: perhaps it's simply my palate, but I perceive a less convincing taste than in the past. 28/10/2025: Every time I travel for work and I find myself in the province of Brescia, I always stay here. I feel at home. The rooms are all beautiful and super clean. The breakfast is excellent and everyone is kind and helpful. There is a wonderful terrace on the first floor and an outdoor space on the ground floor. See you next time.

13/11/2025: Excellent, very retro tavern. Themed around Giuseppe Pelizza's painting "The Fourth Estate" and Corto Maltese. We had an appetizer of various delicious cold cuts, followed by the classic elephant ear. Nicola, Angela, and Antonella were courteous and very hospitable. Must try! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

31/10/2025: Very nice place, kind and friendly staff, excellent dishes, generous portions just as I like them, use of quality ingredients, typical Brescian cuisine, paid the right price, we were a table of 11 people and everyone enjoyed it, recommended, we will definitely be back
