18/09/2025: What can I say? This is a classic roadside trattoria. I stopped by chance, and I must say I was right to stop. As soon as you arrive, they seat you right away... there are also tables outside. The varied menu is sure to please everyone. The trout carpaccio is truly exquisite and plentiful. Even though it's in the appetizer section, it's filling. The walnut cake is excellent. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended. I forgot, there's also parking and the staff are very friendly.

11/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, definitely recommended for those looking for a relaxing treat in a beautiful atmosphere. Unsurpassed quality in the wines and seafood dishes. Noteworthy desserts, with gluten- and lactose-free options. Excellent service, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. My beautiful brunette and I will be back very soon!

03/10/2025: After years of hearing about Café Bamboo, I finally got around to it! A very nice place for a casual dinner, excellent food, and a super friendly owner! I'd suggest slightly softer lighting and music...to make the place feel a little more intimate...

08/12/2025: We dropped in for convenience, as we were staying in an apartment right above the restaurant, and were in for a pleasant surprise. Coming from lunch at the restaurant, we weren't particularly hungry for dinner, so we ordered two courses to share: fried calamari and a calzone stuffed with mozzarella, ham, and artichokes. We washed it all down with prosecco. The waiter Roberto (who we'd already met upon arrival at the apartment, having saved us from our awkward self-check-in, and who wasn't required to do so, since the restaurant and accommodation aren't owned by the same owner) served us kindly, accommodating our every request. He brought us an entree of fried focaccia and complimentary burrata. When the fried food arrived, we were surprised by the generous portion (three people could easily eat it, and we're not exactly small eaters), and when we tasted it, it was delicious, both in its lightness and texture (I can't tell if it was fresh or frozen, but the flavor and cooking were perfect, so it doesn't matter). The calzone: incredibly light dough, superb filling, and excellent quality mozzarella (and I'm from Puglia, and I know a thing or two about mozzarella). I think it's the best calzone I've ever eaten. The service was excellent: prosecco with a bucket of ice, poured by the waitress for you to taste, and listen, real cloth tablecloths and napkins! No paper placemats or disposable napkins, which are now commonplace even in the most upscale and expensive places. The price was fair, and even if some dishes seemed expensive, they were justified by the quality and quantity (sharing each dish among diners cut the price in half, and the staff didn't look askance or snobbish at you...). Finally, the last but not least, the location doesn't just have a lake view, it's on the lake! Congratulations!

12/10/2025: Excellent bread, I indulge like no other. The only downside is that there's always a very long line and I can never stop. So I call and order my bread. I get it in the afternoon when there's no one else there, and not even bread anymore. They work mainly in the morning.

Drinks were great, service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure we felt welcome. I especially appreciated their straightforward sign about not splitting bills—it adds a bit of character and makes things simple. If you’re visiting Lake Garda and want good drinks, good customer service, and a nice spot by the water, I definitely recommend this place! 21/09/2025: The following will be a serious and honest review. The other day, my friends and I were faced with the choice of where to go for lunch: we'd been wanting to try Art Club Food for a few months, so we decided to go. The location is quite convenient, just steps from the center and the lake, but there's no parking. The place functions like a real canteen, as it's all self-service, but the staff is present enough to serve the portions and take payment (you pay on the spot). We chose the €10 "menu," which included a first course, a second course, and a side dish (cover charge and drinks not included). That day, I had ravioli filled with polenta and tomato (I'd never heard of this combination, and unfortunately the waitress gave me very little tomato), a cutlet (it was dry), and potatoes with pesto and olives (the potatoes were rather cold and a bit tough). We also decided to have a dessert, and that day, among the options, there was an apple pie with chocolate chips (huge chips), and aesthetically, it appealed more than the others. The waitress told us we had to heat them in the oven (since they were in the refrigerated display case), which was essentially a microwave. The problem with this "oven" arose when we took our cakes out and they were still cold. I recommend replacing them. The cake wasn't great, but it didn't taste bad either; the only thing that upset the flavor were the chips, which were almost bitter. The final product was probably frozen, too, and for €4.50, it was definitely not worth it. We also used the bathroom, and what can I say? It seemed like a windowless bathroom, since the only available window was practically unopenable, which is why the smell was so strong and concentrated in the room. This wasn't the only problem with the bathroom, but the floor was very slippery, with a risk of falling, and given the predominantly over-50 clientele, it needs fixing. The atmosphere wasn't even pleasant, as the music was blaring loudly (not suitable for a place where you eat), so people tended to shout. Unfortunately, that day there were also children who kept jumping down the stairs, causing a nuisance. I don't think I'll return. It's best for those who are in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot, although I'd personally recommend a piadina.

24/07/2025: Location stupenda sia all’esterno che all’interno, personale accogliente, preparato e molto piacevole! Noi abbiamo provato l’apericena e devo dire che ogni portata è valsa il viaggio, dal tagliere di salumi ai frittini e al sublime tiramisù fatto da loro . Ampia scelta di vini, aperitivi e bibite. Rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto per la qualità dei piatti e del servizio. Complimenti, ce ne vorrebbero di più dí posticini così. Torneremo presto.

07/07/2025: La Dispensa di Padernello per l'Aperilungo non è solo un luogo dove mangiare bene, ma una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale e culturale. È il posto ideale per chi desidera concedersi un momento di piacere genuino, gustando i sapori autentici della Lombardia in un contesto di rara bellezza. Assolutamente consigliato! Ci torneremo presto per lasciarci deliziare ancora una volta.

10/12/2025: Good food, very friendly and attentive staff, a guarantee. Special praise to the two girls in the gray shirts, both very, very nice, smiling, and friendly!! I almost forgot, the dessert on the seasonal menu was delicious; I thank the staff for the excellent recommendation. I definitely think I'll be back often. I visit a lot of roadhouses, but the one in Brescia has that extra touch.

11/10/2025: We ate there because it was very close to our hotel. Unfortunately, we kept finding that they weren't open (Mon-Wed), the gate was closed, and the lights were off. When we finally managed to stop by (even without a reservation—which we thought was great), we had to wait a long time for the waiter to take our order. The food wasn't very impressive despite the hefty prices. I ordered the medium-rare beef steak—it was still raw inside. However, since it was served already sliced, I don't quite understand the kitchen's mistake. However, they also had menus in German, English, and Italian 👍🏼

17/09/2025: The food was delicious! Compliments to the chef for the top-quality dishes. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet, probably due to its location and the time of year, but that didn't detract from the experience. On the contrary: the combination of attention, hospitality, and delicious meals makes this an absolute must-see.

22/11/2025: Nothing like the osteria of many years ago; now it's a restaurant like many others in the city center. The atmosphere is retro, the wall decorations are cute, and the inexpensive food at the entrance is nice, but it lacks atmosphere. The traditional dishes are good (especially the ossobuco) and the elephant ear braciola, and the casoncelli are decent, but the slow and inattentive service, along with the rather steep bill, discourages returning.

20/11/2025: I tasted one of the best cuts of beef. The price is slightly above average, but the quality makes up for it. A legendary place, a must-visit for anyone who appreciates authentic Brescian cuisine.

28/09/2025: For a two-star hotel, it's very reasonable. Very clean, spacious room, large bathroom, air conditioning, toiletries and hairdryer, television, ample parking. Very friendly staff.

14/09/2025: A very disappointing experience. No transparency: there's no menu with prices; the waitress simply verbally lists the available dishes, and only when it came time to get the bill did we find ourselves faced with arbitrary prices, without any prior clarity. This inappropriate behavior leaves one feeling mocked. A place to absolutely avoid.
