28/07/2025: Rudeness personified, I'm a waitress and I know what it's like to work a Sunday night shift... but customer service is the first thing you're told when you start this job, too bad the owner doesn't know anything about it... I called more than 6 times before getting an answer, and as soon as I managed to get through to the owner, I was told, "The least of our problems is the phone ringing, ma'am." Too bad it's the first impression on the phone that really entices the customer, eh? Horrible service and equally awful pizza.

25/09/2025: We tried this Thai restaurant on Saturday evening and were extremely satisfied! We had the light and flavorful vegetable rice noodles, followed by Nutella crepes (a dessert that never disappoints 😍). The Cantonese beef and chicken were both well-cooked and generously portioned. We also tried their beer, which was truly enjoyable and perfect with the spicy dishes. The staff was friendly, kind, and very attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this place: excellent food, a relaxed atmosphere, and impeccable service. We'll definitely be back!

05/09/2025: Disastrous lunch break. Truly awful food. We ordered gnocchi with Gorgonzola and a fish cutlet. Industrial-grade gnocchi, not even good quality. The cutlet was beyond comment, a sort of frozen fish conglomerate. The Findus fish fingers, by comparison, are gourmet food. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but it's really best not to stop here. We arrived at 12:15 and the fries were already sold out. They offered us baked ones, okay, better... Basically, boiled potatoes! Who knows, we must have come on the wrong day...

30/08/2025: A must-visit for Brescians, both for business lunches and dinner. And one of the few places in Brescia where you can find an evening menu for €15! Less than the cost of a pizza! Well done, well done, well done.

30/09/2025: A wonderful place, found somewhat by chance. They offer a €35 fixed menu that includes an aperitif, red and white wine, appetizers, first courses, second courses, desserts, and coffee, with constant refills and side dishes. Despite the super affordable and generous menu, the place is wonderful; you truly feel at home. It's frequented by locals, and the waiters are incredibly kind. The dishes are delicious, of good quality, being on a farm, and homemade. You truly feel like you're on a Sunday with your family. Wonderful, highly recommended, a wonderful experience.

18/10/2025: I recommend this hotel, located right in the center of Boario Terme. It's an older hotel, but well-renovated and elegant. The staff is truly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The location is quiet and convenient. They also accept the Emozione3 gift card.

18/08/2025: Excellent family-run hotel, located just 50 meters from the Boario thermal baths. The room we stayed in was very spacious and, above all, spotlessly clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory items. We dined at the hotel on a very extensive menu, featuring a wide range of first and second courses and a generous buffet of vegetables and savory baked goods. The service was excellent, with particular attention to customer needs.

01/07/2025: I have known it for a few years and every time I have the opportunity to go there (summer, spring, autumn and winter) this place... even if calling it that belittles it... it transmits an incredible sense of magic. My personal experience is super positive for many reasons starting from the location itself which as read in other reviews from the outside seems to be anonymous but once you enter the atmosphere changes completely. The part that I love the most is the garden because it allows you to drink something in a fairy-tale and extremely particular environment that is very different from other competitors. The music that serves as background to the evenings spent is very different from the usual music played in 90% of bars, nothing invasive and noisy but extremely appropriate to the environment. In winter a dome is set up in the garden to be able to enjoy the external environment and it remains very fascinating. Another point not to be overlooked is the quality of the cocktails offered, going there to drink something "classic" is not wrong because behind the counter there is an extremely competent person who knows what he is doing and who does it with passion but the peculiarity is that there are also signatures that absolutely must be tried that every time leave me ecstatic with the complexity and balance of flavors and presentation. There is no shortage of appetizers that are always a pleasure. I highly recommend going there and above all booking.

28/06/2025: First time we come to this place, everyone was very kind and super welcoming, the place transmits a lot of warmth and a sense of security, I felt very comfortable, excellent cocktails and super food, it is advisable to book because it fills up quickly! 24/08/2025: I highly recommend this hotel 😁 A solid 3-star hotel in the municipality of Viserbella di Rimini, on two floors but without an elevator, with an outdoor pool and hot tub and direct access to the beach. My room was well-appointed, with a minibar and a balcony overlooking the sea, although a bit narrow between the bed and minibar, and the shower was small. The room was reasonably clean (except for a few hairs in the shower upon arrival and a few ants, but that was manageable compared to the rest of the experience!). The cuisine was simply fantastic, with excellent ingredients expertly prepared and far too generous (I would consider reducing the first courses, which often get returned, even though they're delicious... it's a shame!). The dining room staff listens to your needs and even makes adjustments to the menu. Special mention goes to the kindness and hospitality of the staff, especially Diana and Antonio, who know how to take care of guests and anticipate their needs to make the experience super easy, always smiling and kind to put you in a good mood. The pool is sometimes too noisy when families with children are present, and there's no parental or staff intervention, which prevents those who want to relax or read. Free bike rental is available, very nice! It's difficult to always have enough cash for drinks at the bar; I recommend getting a POS terminal, otherwise I would have spent much more! :) PROS: excellent cuisine, close to the sea, easily accessible from the station (line 4), room cleaned daily, free bike rental CONS: no elevator, cash-only payments at the bar, noisy pool

05/10/2025: You eat like a trattoria, so... Well... Wooden tables and chairs, classic paper tablecloths, welcoming trattorias. You can dine outside, or inside the brick restaurant. Or inside a fantastic wooden gazebo, large enough for 7-8 tables. The decor is beautiful, and the large stove is a nice touch. The food is cooked with passion and quality. Good wine, of course. It's easy to get to, there's ample parking. You eat well, and the price is reasonable. The manager is very friendly. The service staff are attentive and fast.

27/09/2025: I tried the new pizza at Panevino Steak House in Provaglio d'Iseo, and I have to say it was a real surprise! The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, noticeable from the first bite. The selection is vast, with truly creative options, including the stuffed crust pizzas, which are truly delicious. The dough is perfect: well-leavened, light, not greasy, not chewy. What impressed me most? I slept great that night, not thirsty, and without any digestive issues. It's a beautiful pizza to look at, with a firm crust that doesn't crumble, truly enjoyable to eat. Before the pizza, they brought us a new appetizer: baked potato sticks, crispy and not greasy. A perfect way to start dinner lightly. I've been going to Panevino my whole life, and I always return with great pleasure. The location, in the heart of Franciacorta, surrounded by vineyards, is enchanting. The service is friendly and impeccable, and the owners are wonderful, warmhearted people who always make you feel at home. This new addition confirms, once again, how Panevino is a reliable, quality destination. Highly recommended!
