08/08/2026: Fantastic experience at Carmen Food Lab! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and made up of many young, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic people. The atmosphere is truly beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail and impeccably clean, making the experience even more enjoyable. The wine cellar also deserves a special mention: they offer a wide selection of wines that are ideal for pairing with every dish on the menu. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!
04/08/2026: Very refined atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff. Fregola, fried pasta, spaghetti cacio e peppe, tartare... everything very well prepared and excellent.
