28/04/2026: I had a takeaway pizza and I have to say it was very good, light, thin and you could taste the flavours of the ingredients (capricciosa)... the red beer on tap while you wait was also excellent and last but not least the girl who welcomed me was very polite and helpful which is not a given... recommended!!

19/02/2026: A very simple and slightly dated trattoria, surrounded by greenery in a quiet and relaxing location, but accessible via a somewhat inconvenient road.
Simple home cooking, a decent value, and a menu largely centered on spit-roasted meat (which is delicious and well-prepared) but with few real alternatives.
Good for a traditional lunch with friends or family in an informal setting.
Simple and courteous service.
Reservations are recommended.

18/05/2026: I would have liked to give the restaurant a higher rating since the food quality is good, the service is acceptable, and the atmosphere is clean. But then I have to face reality, and reality tells me that for a plate of spaghetti carbonara, an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, a focaccia, and a bottle of sparkling water, I spent €40. Too much? In my opinion, yes!
The price is out of line and completely unjustified, in my opinion.

28/02/2026: Unfortunately, this will be the first and last time I buy gelato from Venchi. Despite the premium price, the quality was decidedly poor. The lemon flavor was bitter, and the Venchi cream was watery and lacked a strong flavor. Even the Aztec flavor (82% dark chocolate), which I expected to be very intense, was bland and unremarkable. I'm sorry, but for this price, expectations are much higher. I don't recommend it.

05/05/2026: A historic Brescian burger joint. The sandwiches are good, made with top-quality ingredients. The fries aren't bad, but they're nothing special. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-maintained, perhaps a little chaotic when it's crowded. The staff is professional and courteous, but a bit cold.
Reservations are required, but parking can be difficult. Overall, a good dining experience worth stopping by every now and then.

19/05/2026: The owner was very welcoming and kind. The risotto of the day was delicious, as was the horse steak, which was flavorful and tender. The amaretti cake was delicious. The wine list was also excellent. Overall, we ate and drank very well.
