I visited the Nuovo Rustichello restaurant with family and some friends, and it was a wonderful experience. The dishes were truly delicious, with a delicious skewer. The staff was kind and attentive, and the owner welcomed us warmly and recommended an excellent local wine. The dessert selection was also very good. We were all completely satisfied, especially considering the excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended.

Comparing the new management to the old one is truly in poor taste, because everyone has their own story and their own journey. So, to all those who say "it used to be like this, now it's like that," I'd like to say "even less so" and focus the discussion on the food.
That said, being vegetarians, we always find delicious options, and when that's not possible, the extremely kind owner makes adjustments for us.
Rustic atmosphere of an old-fashioned trattoria, attentive and prompt service, excellent prices.
MUST TRY!...and then repeat the experience!

Very good, I recommend the rabbit with Brescian stuffing, what can I say about the house antipasto with local cheeses and cured meats, very good desserts and excellent service, I recommend it and we will definitely be back.

Trattoria with refined cuisine, without being haughty.
Excellent, tasty, and well-executed dishes.
Attention was also paid to the plating.
This isn't your typical trattoria food, just thrown on a plate.
The ingredients (excellent and certainly not chosen at random) are cooked with care and passion, from the meat to the accompanying side dishes.
The place is rustic and welcoming.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional.
Limited selection of wines and beers, but then again, it's not a restaurant, but the products are still of good quality.
Reasonable prices.
In short... it's impossible NOT to WANT TO RETURN.

I ate at the trattoria, and we loved it, and I must say the name perfectly reflects the experience!
A historic restaurant in Gussago, now under new, young and enthusiastic management. The tradition still exudes, but with a touch of freshness that makes everything even more enjoyable.
The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality and passion in the kitchen. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, where you immediately feel at home.
I congratulate the new manager on the work he's doing: you can see his commitment and desire to grow this historic place.
I'll definitely be back!

I went to this restaurant for lunch a few weeks ago and it was a great discovery! The Brescian skewer was really good, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
