The owner was very welcoming and kind. The risotto of the day was delicious, as was the horse steak, which was flavorful and tender. The amaretti cake was delicious. The wine list was also excellent. Overall, we ate and drank very well.

The restaurant maintains the style of old trattorias, but from the moment we entered, we knew we'd made the right choice; the recreated atmosphere made us feel at ease, thanks in part to the excellent choice of background music, set at just the right volume. That said, being vegetarians, we always find delicious options, and when that's not possible, the extremely kind owner makes adjustments for us.
