03/05/2025: Disappointing experience and unprofessional service My lunch at Casa Angelesi was unfortunately a huge disappointment. Starting from the dishes: different from what is indicated on the menu, both in ingredients and presentation. Some were visibly changed without any communication from the staff. Even worse, the dishes arrived at different times: while some diners had already finished eating, others were still waiting. Disorganized and careless service management, unacceptable for a restaurant that presents itself as of a good standard. To conclude, although there was a promotional discount of 10% with the outlet card, which the restaurant took part in, this was not applied. I raised this issue, but received only vague responses and no concrete solutions. A frustrating experience from all points of view. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

06/05/2025: I found the experience a bit confusing. When I asked about ordering items from the menu shown in the photo, the waiter explained that the food pictured wasn’t actually available. I asked a second waiter just to be sure, and received the same response—it seems the entire menu was not being served. That said, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option and are flexible with your choices, this place could still be worth considering. However, for better service and clearer options, you might want to explore other nearby spots.

04/05/2025: The food is good… what arrived. I understand the start of the season, I understand people but 2 hours for a boat seems a bit much to me. Seeing all the other tables being served, the glovoo courier leaving loaded before us... and last but not least the waiter eating the end-of-service dish without having eaten us in the dining room... it seems a bit much to me. As far as the food is concerned, everything is positive but the service needs to be reviewed. I hope it's just a slip up from the start of the season

30/04/2025: Delivery with completely random timing. Receipt non-existent, explicitly requested but out of three deliveries only the order sheet always arrived, not the tax one which if I'm not mistaken is still mandatory in Italy!

22/04/2025: Personale gentile ma….. prezzo alto per la qualità dei prodotti (coperto 3 euro, acqua da 75 4 euro,caffè 2 euro, pizze dai 12 ai 15). Pizza salata e stopposa. Secondo me è un ottimo ristorante per turisti, ma per noi italiani decisamente no. Mi dispiace perché tempo fa si mangiava meglio.

19/04/2025: Prenotato con the fork 3 settimane prima di Pasquetta. Due giorni prima chiamo per confermare e mi dicono che non sono in grado di gestire la prenotazione a causa del meteo instabile. Significa che il posto dentro è garantito a chi non prenota con the fork? Il disagio è altissimo a due giorni per 11 persone e la qualità dell’esperienza di un ristorante parte dalla prenotazione, non dal momento in cui siedi a tavola. Il PROPRIETARIO predilige le prenotazioni non da the fork, ma non si preoccupa di rifiutarle per cui lascia in sospeso con annessa sorpresina per l’ex potenziale cliente. Sottolineo che non c’era nessuno sconto sulla prenotazione, ho utilizzato the fork solo per evitare lo sbatti di fare una chiamata. SCONSIGLIO IL RISTORANTE SENZA NEMMENO AVERLO PROVATO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA IN VITA MIA

27/10/2024: Very good! I liked it. The service was quite slow but that was probably because there was a celebration going on and so there were a lot of people ordering. The location is nice and large, well lit with large windows and the employees were all very helpful. I recommend the spicy and sour soup at the end of the meal

05/03/2025: Two burnt chocolates with cream and paid at a high price, we would have had 2 pizzas. We were both sick, stomach ache and vomiting. Place to avoid, also the very cold staff.

15/05/2025: Passing by on a motorbike we stopped to eat a sandwich and a piadina, fair price, nice place on the lakeside, a criticism should be made of the bathroom, a bit dirty, the cleaning could be improved

13/04/2025: Having dinner in a restaurant in the square in Pisogne is a very pleasant experience. Walk along the lakeside and then dinner. Very intimate and characteristic place, divided into rooms with very particular settings. It's not the first time we've dined here with friends. The last time we were hosted in the Cucù room, very very beautiful. The service is attentive, the prices are affordable and the food is quality.
