10/04/2025: Do you have a problem with one of their services? It doesn't concern the director. I won the McDonald's Minecraft competition, but when I collected the prize with the receipt, the manager told me that she couldn't give it to me. The reason? A bug in the app does not show the "Collect your prize" option, even though the app itself confirms that I have won. I would like to point out that it is not my responsibility: they sell a product that includes the possibility of winning a prize, so when that prize is actually won, it is their duty to deliver it and that it is the point of sale's duty to find a solution. But I am told that "there is nothing I can do about it", placing the blame on the application, as if the problem did not concern it, that there are other days to participate in the competition again. All this by shifting the responsibility onto others, leaving me without a reward and without any alternative, asking if they can speak to the management of McDonald's I was told a firm no and that I have to make do. Congratulations for your professionalism, for your problem solving and for your careless attitude towards the customer.

24/10/2024: Siamo andati in un gruppo di amici per il pranzo.il rapporto qualitò - prezzo è fuori da ogni logica. Spiedo razionato abbiam dovuto chiedere un'altra portata perchè veniva contingentato. La polenta discreta e le patate mangiabili. Vino marcato Castello buono sui 13 gradi. Prezzo fuori mercato per quanto mangiato (POCO). La minestrina sporca era di scarsa qualità, i fegatini non pervenuti.. Mi aspettavo altro. da segnalare ottima pulizia del locale e cortesia del personale.

25/03/2025: Restaurante que me parece já teve seus dias de glória, atendimento ok, o salão cheio , porém a comida muito muito ruim. Pedi um risoto de frutos do mar, veio sem sabor nenhum, cor de rosa de molho de tomate e uns poucos frutos de mar, deixei tudo e fui procurar outro local para jantar. Meu marido pediu uma lasanha e veio sem graça, porém não tão ruim quanto ao risoto, precisa de uma melhora urgente

20/03/2025: It is shocking to see a waiter who prepares dishes by handling food with bare hands, without gloves, and then sweeps the floor and goes back to preparing salads without even thinking of washing his hands. At the very least, the NAS should intervene.

09/10/2024: I'm from Salerno but I often go to Chiari and therefore La Piadineria is a regular stop for the unique piadinas it prepares. Very kind staff from Mrs. Laura to Silvia and Agusta. And then the cleanliness of the premises, I take this opportunity to say that every time I go you never fail you are Super 😘😘

04/01/2025: It's been a while since, passing by it several times, I said to myself, one day I want to go there... ehhh I succeeded, having the confirmation that it is one of those places that I like, simple, popular, also in terms of quality and price. Those transformative places, which know how to follow the passing of the day...at lunch a trattoria for all the workers and in the evening a restaurant and music for after-work relaxation! Advised! 👐

19/02/2025: La Stella es una bonita ubicación en Desenzano y uno de los pocos restaurantes abiertos durante el invierno. Entramos sin reserva el 8 de febrero a las 7. 30 pm. El local estaba totalmente vacío y los camareros ya estaban de turno. Nos negaron una mesa para dos a pesar de la hora temprana y sin invitados. Ahora, obviamente no tuvimos ninguna experiencia y no la tendremos en el futuro por eso escribo. Perdieron dos clientes por Dios debido a su incapacidad para manejar los bloques de tiempo de reservaciones. De hecho, podrían habernos servido y en cuestión de una hora hubiéramos terminado nuestra comida: resultado, sus ganancias del día aumentaron. El espacio para entrar debe preverse todos los días y la lección Covid de restaurantes vacíos y gerentes llorando nunca olvidarse.

12/02/2025: During our vacation we found out from a friend that you can eat well here. Very nice host and super friendly service. We went back immediately the next day and had another lovely evening with good food and service. But the highlight is the good Allgäu beer from the Engelbrauerei in Rettenberg
