17/12/2025: A 2 hour masterclass in coffee tasting and roasting as well as exceptional customer service at Coffeel in Ventimiglia, Italy. Warm greetings by Fulvio and his wife Claudia and team. The aroma of newly roasted coffee lingered in the air as we were shown around the spotless shop examining sacks of green coffee beans from different parts of the world, we then watched the process of roasting the coffee bean followed by a kitchen counter tasting experience. The presentation was top notch lead by the Team at Coffeel and we were transformed by the workshop. We were shown their passion , values and made the experience personal. we left with personalized bag of coffee for our new Chemex. An experience I would highly recommend !!!

15/09/2025: I stopped for a pizza at this takeout place during a lunch bike ride. I liked the pizza: fresh ingredients, basic service, but the place is modest, just a few chairs at the counter. Prices are average. The guys who work there are really friendly!

My salad had a touch of dressing and was otherwise very bland. The burger was simple and too expensive for the price. The service was okay, but nothing special. They could do a lot better with a little more attention to detail.

28/09/2025: We stayed at the Apparthotel San Sivino in mid-September and had breakfast there every morning. For €15, there's a good breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage, fruit salad, yogurt, etc. Pretty good coffee is included, as much as you want – highly recommended. The view, however, is priceless...

01/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant this evening and was truly satisfied! I enjoyed an excellent skewer with polenta and potatoes, prepared to perfection: authentic flavors, impeccable cooking, and generous portions. The desserts were also a delightful surprise: a delicious baked apple and almond tart and another traditional cake (I think it was called Streuselkuchen) with plums and peaches, with an aroma and flavor reminiscent of Austrian specialties. Both were delicious. The staff truly deserves praise: welcoming, kind, and very professional, always smiling and attentive to their customers. The location is splendid, immersed in the tranquility of the mountains, with a stunning view of the lake. A perfect place to relax and enjoy excellent cuisine in a serene and refined atmosphere. Highly recommended: quality, courtesy, and a heart-warming view. ❤️

06/08/2025: An experience NOT to be repeated. It was a Wednesday, eight of us arrived asking for a QUICK lunch. The restaurant owner told us he could bring us some cold cuts, and we accepted and sat down. I should point out that the place was EMPTY and it was around noon. We waited about AN HOUR for a simple cold cut with a few pieces of cheese. They didn't even bring us bread, cutlery, or napkins—nothing. We politely asked for some side dishes, and after several dozen minutes, they brought us two measly baskets of bread that had been badly defrosted, rubbery, and tasted like it had been repeatedly refrozen, as if it were left over from who knows when or where. We asked for more, not because it was good, but because we were so hungry we would have gobbled up anything, edible or not; so, little by little, we watched more baskets of the same quality arrive. Now disappointed and bitter about the sad experience, but with great courage, we ask for coffees, fearing we'll have to wait another hour, but miraculously, they arrive in a timely manner. Finally, we ask for the bill: about 20 euros each for a paltry platter and some prehistoric bread, but oh well, every experience is meant to be treasured. And so the manager collects the money without even a gesture of apology for the treatment he's received. P.S. The salami was good, though! Hurray!

05/01/2026: Beautiful place surrounded by nature, with the opportunity to take beautiful walks.... The place is very clean, the service is excellent and the food is excellent in terms of quality/price... I will return with my family!!
