27/09/2025: Super welcoming place, the owner is always very kind. We had two giant pizzas: I had the 4-cheese one and my boyfriend the vegetable one. The pizzas were well-topped and delicious. We also ordered fries, and we got a plate with tons of fries. The value for money is excellent. They have both indoor and outdoor seating in a lovely garden, and there's always parking. Recommended

24/08/2025: I don't understand how so many people can give this place a positive review. Ever since I was little, or at least as long as I can remember, every time we've ordered from this pizzeria, there have always been problems: there was too much cheese or a strange texture, the pizza was often burned, or—as happened today—I ordered a Diavola and it was served with onions and peppers. I've never had a Diavola with onions and peppers at any other pizzeria in Italy. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that "that's how Diavola is for them." Besides the poor quality of the pizzas and the decidedly unpleasant taste, I must say that the service provided by the staff isn't particularly welcoming or courteous. I'd like to point out that we only go to this pizzeria in exceptional circumstances: when our regular pizzeria is closed, far away, or we're simply passing through. But if you're in the area, I highly recommend trying elsewhere, such as Marfitana in Flero. This pizzeria, however, seems to have been forgotten, also due to its decidedly poor quality.

16/11/2025: We had two exceptional gourmet pizzas with flaky crust and quality ingredients. The price is a bit high, but that's understandable considering the location and the quality of the pizzerias.

19/10/2025: The food was very good, the atmosphere was welcoming. The prices were quite high, and we weren't offered a menu, so it was quite difficult to choose. The menu was explained verbally, so by the time the waiter got to the end of the list, we almost forgot what was on offer at the beginning. So, choosing the dishes was a bit of a gamble. The service was also quite slow; we had to wait quite a while for our orders to arrive. We were just passing through, but if we were to find ourselves in the area, we definitely wouldn't return, nor would we recommend it.

23/07/2025: Nothing special, like the food, but definitely a convenient location. What's inconvenient is the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant has an unsupervised play area, children are left alone on the lower level of the restaurant, and "children can be supervised by monitors inside the restaurant." The monitors were turned off. Inside the play area, there were children wearing shoes, others barefoot, others in casts and on crutches. My son was also denied access because he wasn't wearing non-slip socks (note that there were already barefoot children in the area). At the end of the evening, we were also charged a €7.50 cover charge, which was acceptable... except that my two-year-old son only used one glass, so I find the €2.50 cover charge for a child who used one glass too many to be excessive. If I had asked for an extra glass to separate water and soft drink, would they have charged me a €5 cover charge per person? I don't know and I'll never find out because I'm definitely not coming back.

17/10/2025: We discovered it on our last evening of vacation; very nice people. The pizza was completely different from what we had in Germany, thankfully! We felt very welcome!

09/10/2025: A very nicely located, cozy pizzeria. We passed by here on the way back from our hike and had a delicious meal. The owner speaks a little German, and everyone is very friendly. The prices are reasonable. The food arrived very quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!

11/11/2025: Breakfast at Gavazzeni is a Sunday treat you need to indulge in every now and then. The lily or cream brioche are truly fresh and delicious. The coffee and cappuccino are also excellent. And let's not forget the pastries... congratulations!

10/10/2025: Stunning location, beautiful views of the piazza and of the Duomo. The lady kindly talked us through all the specials and the menu. The Gnocchi with gorgonzola (on the specials), was the best I have ever tasted. The hospitality was perfect. Very reasonably priced and just far enough away from the main touristy restaurants. We will be returning here again.

28/09/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is also not bad. I ate decently, but I found the price really high. 70 euros for two for a dish with a little polenta, a potato, and 4 pieces of meat (chicken, actually, when they said it was beef). The menu included a half-full glass of wine, a coffee, and a piece of tart. There was no menu where the price was indicated. Everything was a surprise. So, I'd say it was good, but overpriced.

29/06/2025: Este fue un gran hallazgo, lejos de la locura junto al lago y algunos de los restaurantes centrados en el turismo. Está en la esquina de una plaza y la noche que la encontramos había una banda tocando y el ambiente era genial. Cenamos, el menú no es enorme, pero todavía era difícil de elegir, ya que todo parecía delicioso. Luego está la carta de vinos, que es vasta, pero el personal es increíblemente bien informado y ayudará con las selecciones con su plato. Después de nuestra primera comida que reservamos para más tarde en la semana (nuestro aniversario de boda), pero no podíamos esperar tanto para volver así que tuvimos otra visita antes de entonces! Durante las 3 visitas tuvimos chapuzones, varios platos de pasta, bistec, bolas de berenjena y postres, todos los cuales eran increíbles. También creo que tuve la mejor botella de prosecco durante nuestra visita a este restaurante. La pasta de sardina es una especialidad y las alcaparras fritas en ella eran increíbles! El equipo allí es bien informado y servicial, hablan buen inglés y se siente como un lugar muy hogareño, tradicional.

20/06/2025: Ambiente era muy agradable! El aperitivo era bueno, pero la red / prima piatti era un poco soso. Tiramisu sabía bien! Creo que los precios están alineados con la comida
