19/02/2026: The pizza was quite good. It looked a little smaller than average, but it was still filling. If it had been a little bigger or with a little more toppings, I would have been more satisfied. The gluten-free pizza was different from the usual ones you find; very thin, but still enjoyable. The prices were average; there are slightly cheaper pizzerias in the area.

07/07/2025: A birthday aperitif with a lot of food. The appetizer served was really excellent. Pizzas of various flavors, fried croquettes, arancini and chips in abundance that we couldn't eat anymore and the birthday girl didn't even miss the cake. The proposed sparkling wine was also excellent. Attentive service. Ample parking nearby.

12/10/2025: A historic, family-run restaurant in the center of town, with a typical wooden mountain ambiance. Sincere, traditional cuisine: polenta, game, Scalvine crests, and local cheeses. Friendly and welcoming service, fair prices. 👉 In short: a genuine place, perfect after a day in the mountains—with authentic flavors and a true valley atmosphere.

19/09/2025: I had lunch at the Edelweiss restaurant in Schilpario last weekend. A friend had already highly recommended the place, and it didn't disappoint. In fact, the lunch was fantastic. Despite being in the mountains, the seafood is incredibly fresh and divinely cooked. We all ordered the seafood spaghetti and found it delicious and flavorful, well-seasoned, and with plenty of mussels, clams, calamari, scampi, and shrimp. The photo speaks for itself. A special thanks to chef Giancarlo: his dishes reveal the care and passion he puts into his work. Highly recommended

12/04/2026: Last night I went to this place with some colleagues, and unfortunately, the experience was anything but pleasant, especially regarding the service. When ordering, I asked for a Schweppes with lemon, while my colleague asked for a Schweppes tonic. The waitress, even at that stage, showed some uncertainty, asking if they were the same thing. I politely replied that no, they were two different drinks. She nodded and left. Upon delivery, two bottles arrived already opened... both tonic. I tried calling the waitress back several times without success, until one of my colleagues went inside to find a waiter. At that point, instead of receiving an apology or a simple correction of the error, I was told—in a less than polite tone—that I hadn't specified the order correctly and, even more surprisingly, that "in the end, they're the same thing, it's still Schweppes." No, it's not the same thing. And the point isn't just the difference between a lemonade and a tonic (which certainly exists), but the attitude with which a mistake is handled. Later, I was told that the lemonade was probably out of stock: information that would have been appropriate to communicate earlier, allowing me to choose an alternative, not after bringing something different without explanation. When I asked not to drink the tonic, I was rather rudely asked what they should do with the already opened bottle, as if it were my responsibility. So I asked for a simple alternative, which was brought to me... practically slammed on the table, accompanied by a curt "you're welcome." A sincere piece of advice: kindness and professionalism always make the difference. And knowing what you're serving is also important. Because saying that a lemonade Schweppes and a tonic are the same thing is a bit like ordering a car and being told that any model will do, "it's still a car." A truly disappointing experience. I hope it can be a starting point for improvement.

01/03/2026: The pizzas are delicious, especially the sweet ones. The atmosphere is beautiful, bright, and welcoming. The staff is friendly and super organized. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

25/12/2025: I go to this sushi restaurant quite often. I have to say, the food is delicious. The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, with a clean flavor and perfect rice. The service: empty plates disappear quickly and quietly.

24/12/2025: I often go to that sushi place but the orders don't arrive, you make 4 orders you get one, I entered at 12:30 and left at 14:30 they never arrive gentlemen if you see that you pay fixed it is not worth it for you to change the policy I am very sorry treated like a beggar, I will never go there again even if for a whole year they would give me free food in this restaurant.
