25/01/2026: Good pizza, cheap, friendly and helpful staff. As for delays, they're usually a quarter of an hour, but obviously, weekends are busy, and that can happen.
26/12/2025: I love this place!! I eat it always when I come here. They have a gluten free option which they bake in the oven on a special aluminium deck.

The fish capricciosa still makes me want to vomit.
The margarita and four cheeses were okay.
No English menu.
Despite the place being empty!!, we were given a table in the garden section, which left much to be desired and is begging for a renovation.
The service was a joke. The waitress took our order and spoke English, but after the meal was served, we were attended to by a woman who spoke neither English nor English.
The women's bathroom was a nightmare, and I'm not talking about the toilet that wasn't flushed...

07/04/2026: The pizzeria is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly. The only thing that left us disappointed was that we were a bit ripped off with the price. A simple pizza for €11 when the menu clearly stated it was €10 left me a bit perplexed. We also saw other things that weren't the same as the menu price. Despite that, the pizza was good, average.

- They have delicious and good craft beers
- The food is delicious and good
- They have many Spritz drinks and they are well-made
- The service is young, well-mannered, and professional
- The place is clean
It's worth more than 5 stars, and I hope to come back not only to have another aperitif but also to try the restaurant

14/04/2026: I often come to Sbafo in Stezzano, both for lunch and dinner. I've always had a good experience, but this time, I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. I politely asked if I could request a different pizza flavor and was told curtly that the pizza chef chooses the flavors and that's it. It seems strange, considering they often ask me if I want a particular flavor...
I'm sorry, but in such a challenging time when we need to build customer loyalty, this kind of behavior is out of place.
Last time I've eaten here.

19/02/2026: The pizza was quite good. It looked a little smaller than average, but it was still filling. If it had been a little bigger or with a little more toppings, I would have been more satisfied.
The gluten-free pizza was different from the usual ones you find; very thin, but still enjoyable. The prices were average; there are slightly cheaper pizzerias in the area.

28/12/2025: I entered this place for the first time because I wanted a coffee and I was struck by the beauty of the fireplace and the room.
09/12/2025: A starting point for Monte Pora, which certainly isn't exactly authentic due to its extremely touristy appearance, this restaurant (which certainly can't be called a mountain hut) is nevertheless a good alternative.
Traditional dishes are truly well-prepared, in a mountain atmosphere that still permeates the air, especially in the interior dining rooms, at a reasonable price, especially given the type of restaurant.

I ordered two panettone cakes for Christmas and they were delicious, especially the one with marron glacé and walnuts.
I'll be back soon.
15/11/2025: I know this pastry shop thanks to a customer of mine who often brings me their soft and delicious brioches, which are presented on a tray and dusted with powdered sugar—you can taste the quality.
It's a shame that the few times I've visited in person, I've received stale and less-than-fresh brioches.
I understand that perhaps because I'm not a regular customer, I might get less attention, but I believe every customer, whether new or returning, deserves the same treatment. The quality should always be consistent.
I hope it was just a fluke.
