I had lunch at the Edelweiss restaurant in Schilpario last weekend. A friend had already highly recommended the place, and it didn't disappoint. In fact, the lunch was fantastic. Despite being in the mountains, the seafood is incredibly fresh and divinely cooked. We all ordered the seafood spaghetti and found it delicious and flavorful, well-seasoned, and with plenty of mussels, clams, calamari, scampi, and shrimp. The photo speaks for itself. A special thanks to chef Giancarlo: his dishes reveal the care and passion he puts into his work. Highly recommended

I stopped for lunch, the staff was polite and helpful, the dish didn't satisfy me very much but that's just personal taste

The food is always very good, although the restaurant's prices have risen significantly lately. Friendly staff.
