19/09/2025: I had lunch at the Edelweiss restaurant in Schilpario last weekend. A friend had already highly recommended the place, and it didn't disappoint. In fact, the lunch was fantastic. Despite being in the mountains, the seafood is incredibly fresh and divinely cooked. We all ordered the seafood spaghetti and found it delicious and flavorful, well-seasoned, and with plenty of mussels, clams, calamari, scampi, and shrimp. The photo speaks for itself. A special thanks to chef Giancarlo: his dishes reveal the care and passion he puts into his work. Highly recommended

05/06/2025: Local is clean and neat. Cappuccino tastes amazing, toast were good. Order was prepared fast and the waiter was kind. He was talking English very good although there was no menu in other languages then Italian. Overall I recommed this place! There is a lot of local people which means it's really good 😊

11/10/2025: Relaxing and charming, perfect for any type of outing. Whether you're going alone or with friends, the restaurant and owners always make you feel welcome. With respectful waiters and a clean place, you feel at home. I've been coming to this restaurant for a while now, and it's so convenient to have a sushi restaurant in the Valseriana Valley, not too far from home. I highly recommend it. I have nothing else to say except: the food is good, the location is nice, the service is good, the people are nice—it definitely won't be the last time they see me.

15/05/2025: A great experience. I stayed for about 12 nights. Clean and modern structure. Welcoming and well-equipped rooms. Excellent level of catering and friendly and competent dining room staff. Fair prices for the services provided. Beautiful bright, functional and well-furnished rooms with excellent atmospheres. Breakfast to be improved. Highly recommended.

19/09/2025: Stopped in for lunch, veal with tuna sauce and courgettes and sparkling water without coffee, 24 euros is too much... standard quality would be 15 euros, friendly and fast but the place is empty.

15/08/2025: A historic establishment that still retains its original appearance. Fortunately, prices have also remained somewhat relegated to the past, so customers can enjoy a good pizza without spending a fortune. The artisanal ice cream is equally affordable and delicious, selling for €14.50 per kg.

10/10/2025: I have to say I had a great time; the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the wait times were super reasonable, which was honestly surprising considering the usual wait times at other pokerias in the area. If I had to find a flaw, it would probably be in the preparation of the ingredients: the fish was really undercooked and the rice was quite cold.

08/10/2025: Everything was completely frozen, from the rice to the chicken and all the other ingredients. Inedible and a waste of money. NEVER AGAIN!

04/10/2025: On Thursday, I went to a piadineria for lunch and witnessed a pitiful scene. I was dictating my order to the girl at the cash register when suddenly another girl (perhaps the manager?) came out of the kitchen to scold her in front of everyone, talking over us, interrupting us. To make matters worse, she continued to yell from the kitchen, market-style. It was humiliating for the girl but also a pitiful scene for us, the customers. I'm giving 1 star for the service; I feel sorry for the girl at the cash register because she was calm and courteous with me. This is an environment to avoid.

20/09/2025: Conveniently located in the heart of Rovetta, this discreet and family-friendly restaurant surprises with its attentive service, organization, the speed with which our dishes arrived, and especially the quality of the pizzas, not to mention the fair price. Everything is very fresh and of excellent quality. I 100% recommend it.
