24/02/2025: Very good place, business lunch €13 I spent €16 with two huge slices of cheese. There was little choice but it was late and that's okay. The place was very full and there was confusion. The only real negative was the bathroom was dirty.

30/03/2025: Dispersive service, we ordered the jalapeños and they didn't arrive, asking the waiter if we had to wait any longer he replied (despite our order) "in the kitchen they have many pizzas on order!!!! Boh... We ordered a nebiolo there a Valcalepio has arrived.... Never again have an experience like this!!!!

06/04/2025: Terrible experience, from the welcome to the service, they made me change the table 3 times, we ended up at a miserable table at the back in front of the counter with people coming and going in and out of the place only because one person was missing from the reservation roll call (I had booked for 4 but then we were 3) and I had booked for the band, then they gave my table to other people who were as many as us i.e. 3, then more than 20 minutes for 2 pinsas, and my daughter's hamburger since they had the wrong dish, they served it to her in 5 minutes, with the hamburger and egg half raw and the bacon not even grilled. Rating 1 for the place, for the rest 0

07/02/2025: I sent an Amazon package to this Counter: the owner wanted a QR code which Amazon does not provide. I sent the same package to another nearby corner, only the Amazon order number was needed. The owner of the I Lounge was very rude both to me on the phone and to my tenant. Never again.

16/02/2025: Very welcoming and very clean place. Impeccable service. The owner is kind and smiling. Sale of ATB and TEB tickets. Availability of books in bookcrossing. Mandatory reference point for pilgrims in transit on the last stage of the Alta Via delle Grazie towards Borgo Santa Caterina and Città Alta. Highly recommended!

04/04/2025: I went for lunch today for the second time. The first time I went for dinner on the weekend. All you can eat which confirms itself among the best in the city for quality and offer. Refined atmosphere, fast service and friendly staff. The only flaw is that at lunch I found the uramaki rice very stringy and some dishes such as chicken with almonds and bambu with mushrooms are not balanced in terms of quantity of ingredients. The last thing that at first glance gives that touch of class but is totally useless are the steel rods. Wooden ones are more efficient for catching fish. However, they are just details. I will definitely go back and maybe for dinner.
