12/07/2025: Always the same old story, always late. At least it's good.

03/07/2025: I have often ordered from scrocchia via deliveroo, it was a really pleasant discovery. Excellent pizzas that always arrive hot, light and tasty fried foods. You have made a regular customer, as long as I live in Bergamo.

25/05/2025: The Taro bubble tea is really good, the tapiocas are also good, nice surprise! However for the fruit teas, wow, really too sweet, I didn't even take toppings and the sugar was already too present, so I can't imagine with it. The service was good until we went back in the evening with my partner, and the person who was in charge of taking our orders openly made fun of us with a customer because we were French, and my partner had slightly stumbled at the entrance to the bubble tea. It was quite unpleasant from our point of view.

26/04/2025: Birthday party with 13 6 year old children, super inflatables, less food, small quantities, slightly stale chips, sandwiches (1 each no more) which I was told smelled of alcohol. I asked for two bottles of water which, after a final bill of 226 euros, they had the courage and elegance to charge. I asked for a fruit tart from a pastry shop (I was told by the "lady" that they used a pastry shop in the village) and a cake arrived that looked like the ones my mother made for me in the 90s. 2.7 kg cake for almost €80. Good but ugly, I was expecting a nice cake, not a gray one... As soon as we entered there was a suffocating and embarrassing smell of fried food, I asked to have everything thrown open and I was also asked why... staff were visibly pissed off/annoyed and we had to go and look for them... because they have other things to do.... I think never again... the children left hungry... and then the smallness of asking for two bottles of water... ridiculous ps: cut the grapes on the cake in half (since children eat it)

22/03/2025: Il Caffè del Viale, locale storico e rinomato di Dalmine e dintorni, sono certa che si sia guadagnato la sua giusta fama per la completezza offerta. Ambiente ampio e arredato con stile, con poltroncine interne che più ergonomiche non si può, con un'avvolgenza e comodità uniche, assieme allo spazio esterno, conviviale e riservato allo stesso tempo. Bancone ampio in cui ognuno può trovare il suo spazio perfino nei momenti di punta. Scelta ampia di dolci e salati, con possibilità di personalizzazione, con ingredienti freschi uniti a pane e brioche di prima categoria. E poi, last but not least, l'identità di un locale è definita dal suo personale, soprattutto in un bar che esercita da prima dell'alba alla sera, con un impegno profuso direi assoluto. E sappiamo tutti che stare al pubblico è complesso: eppure, in mezzo alla gentilezza delle ragazze alla macchina del caffè, al bancone e che si aggirano tra i tavoli con un servizio impeccabile, è impossibile non sottolineare ed esaltare, direi che ci sta davvero, il sorriso e la gentilezza di Paola, che la rendono ai miei occhi come il deus ex machina de Il Caffè del Viale, come la sua impronta distintiva. Non ha quella gentilezza affettata un po' falsa che trovi spesso, in cui ci si sforza di essere cortesi ma in realtà si odia il proprio ruolo o non si è tagliati: Paola è energia pura, sempre, in qualsiasi ora del giorno e con qualsiasi condizione atmosferica, ha un talento, una dote che è innata, non si può sbagliare. Quindi, se vi alzate la mattina, o durante il giorno o a fine giornata vi sentirete abbattuti e demotivati, ricordatevi che Paola ha a che fare con tutti noi, spesso rompipalle a prescindere, e che a tutti noi riesce a sorridere, a dimostrarci un'affabilità unica. Se ci riesce lei, ecco, prendiamo esempio e mettiamo un po' di quella bellezza di Paola nelle nostre giornate e quando la incontrate, ringraziatela: è il minimo. Grazie Paola, "ti si vole bene".

17/07/2025: A truly top-notch pastry shop in San Pellegrino Terme! A few steps from the QC Terme, this completely renovated space is truly beautiful! This pastry shop offers single-serving pastries, cakes, and the famous "del Bigio" biscuits, which it's a mortal sin not to try. Highly recommended.

12/07/2025: Always tough to rate hotels. This isn't a 5 Star Luxury Hotel. But it is a 3 Star Hotel, in my opinion, that has recently renovated and is very clean and a good value. UPDATE: Not all the rooms were as well appointed as my first stay. But still overall a positive experience UPDATE SUMMER 2025: Returned after a brief hiatus, I didn't recognize the place as I walked in. Significant upgrades to lobby and rooms. Not sure if all rooms are upgraded, but they are certainly focused on continuous improvement.

20/07/2025: Cura anche durante la prenotazione, è stato chiesto se ci fossero persone con intolleranze o allergie (molto apprezzato) Pietanze ottime, una scoperta a ogni boccone. ci tornerò di sicuro!!

16/07/2025: We ate reasonably well, but the welcome was less than zero. We ordered three coffees, and the owner responded very rudely and impolitely, telling us that there were people who hadn't eaten yet and therefore had priority over us, who simply had to order coffees. I've never heard anything like it.

02/03/2025: Excellent artisan pastry shop, the service is very friendly and there is plenty of free parking nearby.

31/12/2024: Fantastic pastry shop! I have been using them for a few years and they have never disappointed me! Both in taste and in beauty of the cakes! Very honest prices!!!! Every time I am amazed at how they realize my ideas (decorations sometimes not simple!!). Thank you so much for everything!!

18/06/2025: Prices have gone up everywhere but it's absurd that before they served you at the table and now you have to order, pay and serve yourself... before for 5 euros of spritz they brought you something to nibble, now you have to order a miserable canapé for 1 euro each... before they served you a spritz in a glass and a prosecco in a glass goblet, "the base" one would say... and instead no, all plastic.. Shameful!!!

19/06/2025: Very nice restaurant lunch menu 13 euros I ate pizza But the real 5 star value is the exceptional staff polite and friendly and attentive to the needs of the customer; I eat out every day and I can guarantee that this quality is very rare

31/05/2025: I ordered avocado toast with smoked salmon, but the avocado wasn't even ripe! And the lettuce used had rotten leaves. The avocado was even harder than the toast, and when I asked for a solution, I was told "that's how the recipe was." I paid for a horrible experience and shameless service... I won't be returning. Highly not recommended.
