01/02/2026: Dishes made with excellent ingredients, well-cooked and served courteously and promptly. The beautifully appointed dining room features large windows overlooking the surrounding countryside. Outside, there's ample parking and plenty of animals to keep the little ones entertained. Prices are in line with the quality of the products and service. Highly recommended!
07/12/2025: We went for a company dinner; the location is small but very beautiful and well-kept in true farmhouse style. The food was good and well-prepared, and the service was excellent and attentive. The meat ravioli were truly delicious. I'll be back for a business lunch at midday.

26/03/2026: The food is decent (and that's a great compliment these days) and, above all, the atmosphere is fantastic. More relaxing than a massage. The service is friendly and warm. Always a pleasure to return.
07/11/2025: A truly surprising place, both in terms of aesthetics and atmosphere. The dining room features dramatic wallpaper that creates an almost cinematic atmosphere, with references to America's golden age.
We ate very well: excellent local cured meats and cheeses, carefully aged, impeccable rice and polenta, and truly remarkable meat.
And then the owner: a personality worth getting to know. Friendly, outgoing, and always available, he made the experience even more enjoyable.

19/03/2026: Bad experience. I ordered a soy cappuccino, which was served piping hot, practically undrinkable. Furthermore, the person who made it for me didn't greet me or even offer a smile, making me feel unwelcome.
I also asked if I could use the bathroom, but was told no because the bleach had just been applied. I understand the cleanliness requirements, but I would have appreciated greater courtesy and customer service.

12/03/2026: We ate at Chalet Paradais 3 days out of 3 for lunch. Very convenient for its speed and location. It's convenient for cross-country skiers, both within walking distance and those using the ski lift to reach the 1km slope. The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept. It offers a variety of dishes, from sandwiches to platters. It would be nice to have bread from the bakery, so the SCHILPARIO bakery would also work, but the sandwiches, although good, come with frozen bread in plastic bags. The platter was excellent, and the beers even better. Piadina is best left to the locals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

28/12/2025: Business dinner with 26 people. All attendees paid as expected. At the end of the evening, only a few of us remained, and we were asked for two additional bills, which, trusting the staff, we paid. The next day, after checking with colleagues, it emerged that the bill had already been paid in full.
For over 10 days, we've been asking for an audit and a refund, but have never been able to speak to a manager. Conflicting versions, no concrete answers, and no documentation provided.
It's not a question of money, but of fairness and professionalism. Terrible management and a complete lack of accountability.

04/04/2026: I dined at Il Vitigno Restaurant in Sotto il Monte Giovanni XXIII and was very pleased with the food: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and well-balanced flavors that truly deserve praise. The only flaw of the day was the service: the restaurant was very crowded, and despite the helpful staff, service times were a bit long, and the attention to the table was at times distracted. With a little more organized management on busy days, the experience would have been excellent. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant for its excellent cuisine and refined atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a quality dinner in the area.

07/04/2026: Recommended for the good pizza and the pizza chef's attention to detail in selecting ingredients and offering a variety of pizza doughs (a detail I really appreciated and which, in my opinion, demonstrates a certain passion for their work). The place is simple, familiar, and clean, but quite noisy when busy. I found the staff to be courteous, kind, helpful, and attentive.

24/08/2025: Excellent little bar, good breakfast, small pastries, and even aperitifs. Fresh, friendly, and fast service. Highly recommended for breakfast if you're passing through. For takeaway croissants, you need to order the day before (since they're made at the bakery and haven't defrosted them, they can't make them right away, and the bakery isn't nearby).

01/01/2026: If your day starts off bad, it ends well here... Starting with breakfast! Cappuccinos that put you in a good mood, croissants that disappear too quickly, and aperitifs that risk turning into dinner 😅 so much!! The staff is super friendly, always smiling and ready to make you feel at home. Great atmosphere, the new outdoor terrace is super cool!! Excellent food and so much good energy, I'll definitely be back.
