The drinks and food are authentic, the location is quiet, and above all, the friendliness and smiles of the two managers are the place's strong points. Bravo! Perhaps I'd revise the restaurant's main courses, which weren't exactly the best, and the soundproofing in the rooms, which is practically nonexistent. Otherwise, well above expectations.

29/03/2026: Reservations were made the day before for three people at 1:00 PM, clearly specifying that we would decide that day whether to eat inside or outside, depending on the weather. It was confirmed without issue. We arrived today: it was sunny, but the temperature wasn't comfortable outside. I showed up with both crutches, having had surgery a week ago—a clear indication. I asked if we could sit inside. The owner's response was curt, rude, and arrogant: "No, I said outside. Either you eat outside or you don't eat." He didn't listen, he wasn't available, he made no attempt to find a solution. We were literally sent away. Beyond the organization—which may have its limitations—what was striking was the total lack of politeness, empathy, and professionalism. It's unacceptable, in 2026, to treat new customers like this, especially in a situation where they were clearly physically challenged. I had read reviews about the rudeness, but I hadn't imagined such a level of disrespect. A restaurateur who can't handle three new customers and shows no respect for a person on crutches should seriously reconsider his business. A terrible experience. I won't be returning and I won't recommend it to anyone.
