After the bike ride we stopped at this piadineria....very kind owners and very good piadinas....we often eat piadinas when we're out and about and this was one of the best.

Undeniably the best "serious" artisanal piadina in Clusone, made and filled with excellent ingredients. The burger is also worth it, with beef and artisanal bread.
