21/02/2026: After a wonderful morning in the snow, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise, both for the food and the ambiance, which reflects the mountain style we love so much. Quality ingredients and courtesy.

15/03/2026: Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the reviews... the cheese platter had too much mold (not noble) on stale carasau bread, tagliatelle were cooked just right and had good sauce, but served on a cold plate, which immediately chilled the dish, and the casoncelli were extremely salty (too much pancetta and too much flaked cheese 🤦🏻‍♀️). My only exception was the music, which took me back in time. It could be much better!

05/10/2025: We arrived early in the morning. A rural cafe located in the center of the village, service. Kind and tolerant. A good place for the first coffee of the morning.

24/01/2026: We went last night. High-quality dinner with perfectly executed dishes. Attentive and friendly service in a retro-vintage setting (having a vintage shop was a treat for me 😅). It was a perfect evening. When we're back in the area, we'll come back to try new dishes.

I'd forgotten that while you wait, they always bring you a slice of their delicious bread. Coming here is like a little treat. It's best to book; if available, I recommend the upper floor.

14/03/2026: I'm not going to exaggerate. The place doesn't look that interesting, but go in. The pizza is the most delicious I've ever tasted. We're from Colombia, and the pizza there is very different. We went to a slightly more expensive restaurant, but believe me, nothing beats Pronto Pizza Garibaldi. I don't remember exactly which pizza we tried. A hidden gem. I have no proof, but I also have no doubt. Thanks for something so delicious.
