Every day, the bakery also prepares savory delicacies: mini pizzas, rustici, savory brioches, puff pastry snacks, focaccias, and other baked delights.
Try brioches with custard, chocolate cream, pistachio cream, Nutella, apricot jam, or berries. You can also try vegan, whole-wheat, and whole-grain brioches.
They create classic or customized cakes for events, parties, or anniversaries—even with sugar paste decorations (cake design).
The artisanal panettone is the fruit of passion and pastry craftsmanship. Available in 500g and 1kg sizes, we offer new flavors every year: from the classic with raisins and candied fruit to more indulgent variations like dark chocolate and pear, apple and cinnamon, white chocolate and raspberry, buckwheat and berries, classic Venetian, or five-grain with wild strawberries.
Our panettone, awarded in 2017, is made with sourdough starter and select ingredients: after a long natural leavening process, it is baked and cooled upside down to preserve its shape, softness, and aroma.
For Christmas, we also prepare a rich and authentic artisanal pandoro, as well as personalized Christmas baskets with our specialties: panettone, pralines, soft nougat, cookies, tarts, and meringues.
