18/06/2025: I had high expectations based on the Bvlgari name, but my stay in Milan was unfortunately disrupted by light and noise issues. My first room had poor blackout. The staff offered to change to a smaller-window room, which I appreciated, but light still came through in the morning. The next day I was woken by loud sounds above me as early as 6:00 AM, followed by more at 9AM and drilling near 11AM. This significantly impacted rest. On the bright side, the staff responded to feedback and did try to assist, including improving the blackout after my report. I sincerely hope future guests experience the true comfort and peace that the Bvlgari brand promises

21/05/2025: Strategic location, very nice and relaxing garden, chic. The coffee not much, but I insisted and it was redone in a way. I recommend it, it is relaxing and they are attentive. The furniture is very modern and tasteful, lots of brown!

25/05/2025: We were a group of 27 people and we spent a wonderful day in this little refuge immersed in beauty! We ate outside, with an enchanting view that made the experience even more special. The managers were super kind and helpful, always attentive and smiling despite our large group. We enjoyed a mixed appetizer, followed by a very tender braised meat with polenta and a really tasty stew with mushrooms. To finish, a selection of delicious desserts: chocolate salami, fruit tart and tiramisu. Everything was well-kept and plentiful, CONGRATULATIONS! Absolutely to recommend and to return.

07/07/2025: It's super beautiful, secluded, and quiet. The farm dogs stay awake at night and bark occasionally, but that didn't bother us. The dogs and cats roam freely and are incredibly friendly and sociable (we had our unneutered male with us). Dinner is delicious, but on the expensive side. Breakfast is sufficient with bread, jam, cheese, and meat, plus cereal/muesli, but we would have appreciated it if we didn't have to pay extra for an omelet or soft-boiled egg. Suggestions for improving the room, in our opinion, would be the following: - Install fly screens on all windows so that the room can be properly ventilated without flies and mosquitoes. Since the room heats up quite a bit, it's very warm at night without ventilation. - Replace the mattress; we had a box spring mattress, which makes sleeping quite restless for two people, as you can feel each other's every movement. All in all it was a great stay and very relaxing in the middle of nature.

06/07/2025: Very nice Agriturismo in the hills above lake Como. The property has no lake view. It’s a real working farm and the buildings are like rusticos. Breakfast is good. Dinner is „okay“ but I wouldn’t go there especially for the food… Interestingly wine is served in bowls (but glasses are obviously also available) Value for money is borderline to expensive. There are two friendly dogs on the premises. Overall - a very nice place with friendly owner and staff.

19/06/2025: Good morning. Today for the first time I had lunch at your Agriturismo. I would like to point out that I received the Casonsei, rather lukewarm. Of course, I perceived that they should have been of good quality but having consumed them lukewarm has compromised a positive judgment. I accompanied the dish with the house red wine, which was served at a decidedly too cold temperature. I understand that I had chosen a red wine not from the bottle, but served so cold, it took away the taste of a good red wine for lunch, even if it was from the house. My mistake was probably not having asked the waiters. I closed the lunch with the Yogurt dessert. Fresh, acceptable flavor but nothing to praise. Another consideration that obviously does not concern your ability to provide a restaurant appreciated by many customers. I am referring to the rudeness of another table present in the room, very noisy and annoying. Often we were unable to communicate with the other friends present at our table. I understand that it becomes difficult for you to suggest to customers to use a tone of voice that is less annoying for other diners. On the other hand, it is not even correct that other guests of yours should have inconveniences due to the rudeness of others. Finally, I found it unhygienic, on the outside terrace, to notice that the separation between various diners was obtained with the use of flower pots. Probably a different arrangement of these tables or the use of another more hygienic system would be appreciated. In the hope of having given you a small contribution, to stimulate your ability in catering. Good evening.

18/07/2025: …per iniziare una piacevolissima esperienza culinaria. Pizzeria Gourmet che riserva preziose chicche ai suoi clienti,come il fritto misto,entree’ di grande impatto e di gran gusto. Birre godibili unite alla presenza di etichette notevoli fra gli “spirits”. La prossima volta proveremo sicuramente i dolci,che spiccano nel menù digitale. Servizio attento e preciso senza essere invadente. Bravi.

12/06/2025: Yesterday evening I went to dinner with friends. The waitress comes to ask for my order, I kindly explain that I can't eat pizza and that I would have liked an appetizer from the menu (mozzarella and prosciutto platter) but also some cherry tomatoes (present on many pizzas on the menu). The girl, annoyed, in front of everyone replies that she doesn't have cherry tomatoes. At that point the girl continues to ask for the other orders and I ask my boyfriend if it would have been possible to maybe try to ask to use some of the fresh cherry tomatoes they use for pizza. Again the waitress, raising her voice in front of the table replies: "yes but ask me. if you have any problems ask me". In an arrogant tone. I decide not to answer. After a while, I presume the owner or a waiter comes, very kind, to resolve the situation by asking me how I wanted the "focaccia caprese": the waitress hadn't even understood that I couldn't eat pizza. The food was excellent and the pizza was amazing, but such behavior from a waitress is a huge sin.
