Ultimate quality of the seafood and fresh ingredients from appetiser to dessert.
Super friendly/respectful staff and head chef.
Don’t miss out on this amazing experience. I wish I could have enjoyed this more without my recovery ❤️🩹

I found this restaurant on Google Maps, attracted by its high ratings and beautiful photos—and I’m so glad I did. Making a reservation was very easy, even for a Sunday evening, which was a pleasant surprise.
The place is a small, cozy family-run restaurant with only about 10 tables, which creates a very warm and intimate atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious—everything tasted fresh and homemade. The pasta is handmade, and you can really feel the quality in every bite.
I had a chance to speak with the owner, who shared that they never keep fish or seafood for more than two days—after that, they simply don’t serve it to guests. That level of care really shows in the taste. The shrimp carpaccio was incredibly fresh, and the Italian gelato for dessert was the perfect ending to the meal.
Overall, I loved everything about this place. I highly recommend it and hope to come back one day when I’m in Milan again.

A truly beautiful restaurant with an open kitchen, in a central and exclusive location in Milan, just steps from La Scala in Brera. Exquisite food and exceptional wine; I tried a Falanghina with an intense and persistent bouquet that paired with truly fresh fish. Friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended.

This was a more upscale restaurant, located in one of Milan's most expensive neighborhoods. We didn't mind spending a bit more.
We especially liked the main dishes:
- The risotto with prawn tartare. Amazing!
- The pasta, made in-house while we watched them cook it through the kitchen window. Amazing!
We also tried octopus and oysters as starters. They were good, but we wouldn't order them again. The oyster was probably the most average we've ever had.

The risotto was really good, the amberjack in a very natural salt sauce, with all the flavor of the sea coming through, and the cod with chickpeas was divine.
Very friendly service.
Price in line with restaurants in the center of Milan.

Just finishing a fantastic lunch at DeRos Restaurant — a great small spot right in the center. Super tasty cuisine with standout fresh seafood: the soup and oysters were absolutely excellent, showcasing pure, natural flavors. Attentive service and a cosy ambience perfectly complemented a memorable Easter lunch.

The service from the waiters is exceptional, and the place is absolutely beautiful. If you want to eat seafood and you’re in Milan, I definitely recommend coming here.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the portions are quite small. However, the dishes are outstanding and very innovative—I had never tried anything like them before. For that alone, I’d give it a 10.

Excellent, great value for money. The risotto and pasta were both good, and the seafood platter was absolutely amazing. I've rarely eaten at such a good restaurant in my six years in Europe. The staff were also very friendly.

The service was amazing, the waiters were very careful and friendly and the location is very central. However, the food was below mediocre, it didn’t seem fresh, the risotto was blend and the pasta wasn’t tasty.
