GIUSE is an institution. The food is excellent. Fair price, good service... clean place... what can I say: make a reservation, otherwise you won't find a table.

Brought by friends because it is a bit out of the way for me but it is truly the best, I tried the ravioli with braised meat and they were really good, the second course is the tagliata which I recommend if you want a nice restaurant a bit complicated to reach.. Better to book

We couldn't find it. Then, reading the reviews, we discovered that it was on the first floor of the Hotel Italia, but by then we had already left.

Company dinner, classic atmosphere that could use a refresh. Service is a bit slow, but given the busy restaurant, that's understandable. Staff is courteous and reasonably attentive. The food quality is excellent, but I would have expected a bit more plentiful servings. The price is fair. I'd recommend it again on a quieter evening or lunch.

19/04/2026: We went for lunch during the week. From the reviews, I expected something better. Nothing to complain about the ingredients used. We also appreciated the wine by the glass. But I would have taken more care with the dish before serving. The pasta was clumps, and I would have added a few tips to the asparagus risotto in addition to the stems to accentuate the flavor. It all depends on personal taste.
16/04/2026: A unique place. The veranda is lovely, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly. Recommended.

19/03/2026: We've become regulars at this restaurant, offering original dishes and a menu updated every few months. The atmosphere is intimate, romantic, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A wonderful human and culinary experience.
