Typical Milanese menu, very good.

Family dinner. Typical Milanese cuisine and well-prepared dishes. I missed a bit of attention at the table, perhaps because I personally appreciate being a little "pampered." Recommended.

The food was good, with no particular praise or criticism: well-executed dishes, but nothing that justified a memorable experience. Unfortunately, the real problem was the service. The restaurant owner was arrogant, pedantic, and decidedly not customer-focused. I had asked for ricotta salata to accompany the pasta, but was told it wasn't available. So, I simply asked for parmesan, since I wanted to add it to the dish. The answer was a resounding "no." Perplexed, especially since I find it hard to believe a restaurant in Milan doesn't have parmesan, I asked why. The response was, "Well... on a dish like that," accompanied by an expression and tone that suggested I was the one who didn't understand anything. Now, I can understand the chef's advice, but if I pay for a dish, I think I'm free to consume it as I please. Even after I pointed this out, the restaurateur continued to insist that the parmesan "wasn't included," until, annoyed, I told him to keep it. At that point, of course, the parmesan arrived at the table. It's a shame there wasn't even a simple "I'm sorry" or even a modicum of attention toward the customer. Finally, the location is rather cold and unwelcoming, contributing to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, an experience I wouldn't recommend: a good dish isn't enough to make up for such unprofessional service and an attitude that makes the customer feel more judged than welcomed.

A well-deserved five stars. This place holds a special meaning for me because every time I enter, I'm reminded of lunches and dinners with my grandfather. The atmosphere is that of a true Milanese trattoria, welcoming and unfussy, where you immediately feel at home. The food has always been excellent: traditional dishes prepared with care, generous portions, and flavors reminiscent of times gone by. You can sense the passion for cooking and the respect for Milanese tradition. There are restaurants where you eat well and restaurants that leave a lasting impression. This place, for me, manages to do both. I always love returning and will continue to do so.

Excellent Milanese cuisine. Excellent risotto with ossobuco!

Coming to Milan and not trying their ossobuco is like missing Piazza Duomo. Served with their signature Risotto Giallo, it's the most tender and balanced in the city. No disregard for the Cotoletta and Mondeghili, which are also more than delicious. Sticking to appetizers, our recommendation is to not be afraid of vegetables and try the giardiniera: crunchy vegetables that, when prepared individually—according to the chef—retain their flavor. The wine list and dessert menu are also top-notch, and we recommend the sbriciolona—not exactly Milanese, but still true to the Lombardy region. The trattoria-like atmosphere makes for a relaxed and unpretentious dinner, as it should be when dining on traditional cuisine. Bravo!

More than positive experience, I ate well, I really liked the place, what can I say, nothing, keep it up, you are GREAT COMPLIMENTS FOR EVERYTHING FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE PLACE... sooner or later I will definitely return again, well done

The food was excellent, typical milanesa, the menu was short, the service was fast and very friendly, not very touristy, we went with children, not cheap but not expensive at all, everything was very good.

Real experience not touristic trap around Duomo. Full of older local people, if you care for real food not ING stuff go.

Really nice place, it really feels like being in old Milan, a nice atmosphere is created with Milanese songs in the background... the staff is kind and attentive to your every request, the quality of the food is excellent, we will definitely be back
