27/08/2025: We stopped for a quick snack as a couple. We were greeted with condescension, if not rudeness, by the waiter, who was probably indisposed due to personal issues. We then ordered a toasted sandwich... which arrived without any toppings. The beer was a different brand than requested. Attractive location, but it's a shame about the inappropriate meeting. We definitely won't be back!

13/07/2025: I'm really having a hard time writing this review because I tend to try to find good things, but here I'm really struggling. The place is located in a busy area, the interior is very nice, the exterior is questionable. But that's not the worst thing; the worst thing is the service and some aspects of the food, especially considering how much they charge. I'll list the things that aren't working: 1) There are 8 of us and they only give us 3 menus. We asked for more and they tell us they don't have any. 2) We ordered 5 pizzas, 3 first courses, and 1 second course with a side. Everything arrived late, in sequence: 5 pizzas and a side. 10 minutes later, the second course with the side arrived, another 10 minutes later, a first course (which arrived cold), and 15 minutes later, the other 2 first courses (embarrassing). Overall, the food was good. 3) The place was dark and lacked artificial lighting other than LED flashlights on the table. 4) The place was packed with mosquitoes, with no mosquito repellent. We asked for mosquito repellent, and after 5 minutes, one arrived, practically empty. 5) Dessert time, which also arrived in batches. The very good waiter (it being my birthday) spontaneously put a candle on my dessert, but there was a 10-minute delay between mine and the last one, so another wait. 6) I ordered the tiramisu, and it was frozen inside. I promptly reported any problems, but to no avail. Those near our table waited 50 minutes for two spaghetti with clams, and many others complained. I wonder how truthful the reviews are. Anyway, thank goodness I booked with The Fork, with a 30% discount, so the prices were almost acceptable. I strongly recommend reviewing the kitchen management.

10/08/2025: Excellent cuisine in a spacious, elegant restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our vegetarian evening. They produce their own wines, and the atmosphere is pet-friendly. The owners are very friendly.

06/04/2025: It's unfortunate to have to write this negative review for a restaurant where we often dine for the quality of the food and service. But this time, they completely screwed up. We arrived at 1:00 PM, the time we had booked. After about a half-hour wait, they finally came to take our orders: they announced that some dishes on the menu were unavailable, coincidentally the ones a couple of us had chosen. As an alternative, they offered dishes off the menu: a questionable choice. It would be better to avoid offering dishes off the menu and instead try to ensure the availability of those on the menu that customers choose to order. It's unpleasant to be told, half an hour after you've made your choice, that what you want is unavailable. So, two of us changed and ordered cod Vicenza-style with polenta. After another long wait, the first orders finally arrived. After eating the appetizers, another interminable wait of about half an hour. The main courses arrived and the waitress announced that the polenta was sold out, so instead of the cod Vicenza-style, they offered polenta taragna or mashed potatoes. The combinations were disconcerting, to say the least. They could have at least warned us in advance, not when the dish was brought. We decided to skip the cod and not order anything else to avoid another half-hour or more of waiting. Especially since the cod had already been a fallback from our initial choice. Snobbishly, they told us we could have chosen an appetizer: those were already ready. All this without the owners even coming to apologize. A lapse in style. Mr. Loris Ferro, Mr. Ezio Battaglia: never see you again.
