I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for a small constructive criticism... beautiful location and good dishes, but the fixed weekend menu, in my opinion, has somewhat limited portions. The (very friendly) staff comes around with trays, giving each person 1/2 slice of cured meats and 2-3 spoonfuls of risotto at most. Regardless, I still recommend it 👍🏻

We found ourselves here by chance, thinking we'd just grab a quick bite...not knowing there was a set menu with long waiting times, like a formal dinner...(€40 per person)... We should have done more research before sitting down...

We spent Easter at Agriturismo Corte Montini and it was a truly wonderful experience. The dishes were generous, yet carefully prepared down to the smallest detail, with great attention to quality and presentation. The service was impeccable: always attentive to the guests' well-being, friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. You can sense a true passion for hospitality. A great strength is definitely their wines: excellent, tasty, and perfect to accompany every course. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, atmosphere, and authenticity. We'll definitely be back!

12/08/2026: When I want to relax, comfortably seated around a table, I go to Le Gabbiane. It's a spectacle to see, and hear, the flowing waters of the great Po River. Here you're immersed in nature, untouched by the problems of constant urban growth. In short, Le Gabbiane is a place to spend pleasant moments in good company. Updated October 6, 2024. The landscape seen from the forecourt of Le Gabbiane restaurant is always breathtaking. Even on a mild day, the view of the great Po is spectacular. Powerboating trials today 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Updated May 2026. There has been a change of management recently, and the service and food quality have improved. The furnishings have been renovated and the welcome has been improved. A great step forward!
11/07/2026: New management. Very nice place on the banks of the Po. Fixed-price menu during the week is affordable and more than adequate. Delicious fried fish and seafood. Worth a day trip in a pleasant setting.

13/08/2026: We've been there a couple of times for aperitivo, at different times of the day and at different times. The appetizers are minimal and the cocktails are good. The staff is friendly and, when it's not crowded, quite quick and attentive. When they're not hosting events or parties, the place is practically empty. If you're looking for privacy, it's perfect; if you're looking for a sociable atmosphere, you should only go when they're hosting something.
02/08/2026: On a hot summer day, we wanted to have an aperitivo. We wanted something different, and we were impressed by this little place. It was a different kind of aperitivo, always with the same pizzas, cocktails, and a served buffet. The buffet was very good, even including figs and watermelon, and even a whole cacciatorino, all beautifully arranged on a long white plate. You could also choose from a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cocktails were fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back if we ever return to Pavia!
