23/05/2026: We celebrated my daughter's first birthday. It was a great choice, a beautiful, welcoming, and very pleasant setting.
The food was delicious, and the cake was delicious.
I recommend it; you won't regret it.

22/09/2025: I'm not usually one to praise places, but to shake them from their self-confidence and self-assurance with negative reviews. I've been here a couple of times to see if the kindness and quality of the products, which are also priced the same as elsewhere, were a coincidence. I started with the gelato, then moved on to the granita and a few other prepared treats from the counter. You can tell there's the touch of a true gelato maker here, and from what little I've spoken to them, I'd say they're not from the north, and I'd have no doubts. My compliments for the kindness of the staff and the quality of the products. In my opinion, the best gelato shop in Genoa. Congratulations to everyone.

03/05/2026: A charming restaurant. Aside from us, there were only locals. No one spoke English, which added to the atmosphere. The menu was written on a chalkboard. There were several vegetarian options. The food, coffee, and desserts were amazing. Delicious! The prices are the same as everywhere else.

23/09/2025: It's now a regular stop for aperitivo and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
24/08/2025: We always went to the Achille bar for an aperitif, on Sunday we were surprised to see that the management had changed. We took three truly disappointing aperitifs, they brought us three slices of salami, one of mortadella divided into three and three half slices of bread with a slice of tomato. We wouldn't go back!!!;;

They use their own recipes for certain drinks and classic recipes for others. The selection is good. They also offer classic aperitivo snacks or more elaborate dishes, such as cheese, cured meat, or fried platters. The staff is courteous and friendly. Prices are average.

22/12/2025: Royal Sushi - very bad experience. We came on December 22nd at 12:25 PM, table
#20 (if I remember correctly).
After more than an hour of waiting, we were only served two dishes from our entire order, and unfortunately, the quality was very poor: the fish had an unusual smell and taste.
The other dishes never arrived, despite the long wait. At 1:35 PM, we left practically without having eaten, but we still paid 45 euros.
At checkout, there was also confusion with the table number, and we were asked to pay more than we should have.
Slow and disorganized service, disappointing food quality. ↓ We do not recommend and will not return.

06/07/2026: We had dinner here for two on July 5, 2026. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the food. We chose the "seafood menu": spaghetti with mussels, sea bass fillet, wine, beer, or water, and coffee. €20 plus €1 cover charge. Both courses were excellent: both tasty and delicate. The service was courteous and prompt. Recommended.
27/06/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas, one of which was decidedly undercooked; hours later, we still haven't digested it.
Highly discouraged.

30/04/2026: The restaurant has remained unchanged since the 1980s or so, details a little shabby, but Anna's service is attentive and friendly.
The appetizer with shrimp, scampi, and mollusks was good; the tagliolini with truffle and scampi weren't great... very heavy on truffle sauce and three scampi, two of which were heads.
The raspberry cake was good, and since it was my birthday, Anna found me a pink candle.
26/04/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and found traditional Ligurian cuisine.
Heavy dishes, home-cooked food, all topped off by family-run service that made us feel incredibly pampered. We're the ones who made the cake photo, I'm reviewing it, no, I kicked Filippo's ass. The cake looks great, we had a great time.

05/06/2026: The place is small, with just a few tables. It's simply furnished and clean. The quality of the food is excellent, but the portions are a bit small. Unfortunately, ordering two bottles of the same wine doesn't necessarily mean you'll get to sample the same selection. The house wine is of average quality. When we were there, there was only one woman in the dining room, very kind and attentive, but the ordering process inevitably took a while. The kitchen, however, is quite quick. Suitable for a lunch or dinner with family or friends, I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway.

For such a price, you expect five-star service.
03/03/2026: I stopped by this ice cream shop last Sunday. I tried several flavors, and the gelato was delicious, made with quality ingredients. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: The rating isn't so much for the food or the atmosphere, but for the staff, who were truly kind and patient. Yesterday we went to a friend's son's birthday party and were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entertainment staff.
