14/05/2025: I could start by explaining where and how he chooses the meat, I could tell you about the meticulousness with which he chooses the type of bread best suited to his burgers, or I could tell you about how tempted I was to ask for a piece of raw sausage, because it was so good... instead I'll tell you that I wanted to post a photo but after the first bite I couldn't stay less than two centimeters away from that explosion of joy and egg yolk that was my sandwich. I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.

The chicken cutlet from the kids' menu was overcooked and too dry. My son wouldn't even finish it. The staff is friendly, but the food should be their priority... As a result, we ate somewhere else after leaving the restaurant. 1/5, but I would have given it 0/5 considering the price!

I arrived at the hotel with my family late, and everything was closed at 11 p.m. They were already cleaning up at 11:15 p.m., and they still had no problem making me two more pizzas. Real people! Thanks. I came back today for two more pizzas. This kind of customer service is what builds a business. Thank you! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
