14/02/2026: Celebrated wedding anniversary, warm and welcoming atmosphere with background music. Excellent service, young and friendly waiter, very helpful and knowledgeable about requests.
Our seafood selection, from appetizers to main courses, was excellent, with light and fragrant fried food.
Recommended by friends and definitely worth returning for.
01/11/2025: I had dinner there tonight! The service was extremely attentive and very good. The food – the antipasti mussels – is highly recommended. The pizza and pansotti are also delicious.
The price-performance ratio is excellent! We'll definitely be back!

Generous and delicious dishes, fish ravioli with a truly rich sauce!
Fried calamari, cooked to perfection.
Complimentary wine. The place was "not very crowded," but consistent with a typical Tuesday evening in Genoa.
We'll be back!

The only flaw is that if the place closes at 9 PM, shouldn't the staff start sending people away at 8:26 PM? That didn't seem polite at all... At least at 8:50 PM you can start politely asking to leave the table... But not before that! The guy told us at 8:26 PM they'd be closing in 10 minutes... ABSURD.

11/09/2025: We asked for 4 filled sandwiches in the afternoon at 3 pm and they told us that it was not possible because they had already disinfected the slicer and they close at 8:30 pm.

04/09/2025: I rarely recommend a restaurant based on a single meal, but this is the case. Ora Blu was a pleasant surprise, both for its cuisine, service, and location. We were particularly impressed by the pasta with clams and the mixed grilled fish. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, preserving the freshness and authentic flavor of the fish. Truly excellent. We felt truly welcomed by the lovely Michela. I highly recommend Ora Blu in San Michele di Pagana, a quaint, colorful, and quiet village between Rapallo and Santa Margherita, where you can also enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Tigullio Gulf and the Riviera!

French fries feels also low quality + frozen.
The portion of the “large fritto misto” is very small quantity. What would have you given me if I ordered the medium size?
Unacceptable food.

19/02/2026: I took 12 colleagues to dinner at this grill restaurant this week, and the experience was excellent. They offered us a fabulous menu with generous platters and a truly delicious mixed grill. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always striving for quality local products, both in food and drink, that are hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend returning. Excellent experience.

06/02/2026: I've been there several times; I work nearby. The cook is really good, the menu is varied, and the portions are just right. They also offer a complimentary dessert, which is always appreciated. The waiter is helpful and attentive.
15/01/2026: Pizza with cooked ham and a few drops of buffalo mozzarella for over €11, absurd.
The waiter was extremely courteous and friendly, but absolutely avoid adding anything to the pizza because it makes a bad impression.

07/03/2026: The only historic pastry shop in Chiavari, a good experience.
22/02/2026: I'll never go back. I had coffee at the counter with a friend and my 9-year-old daughter, served quickly and kindly by a waiter. Suddenly, the guy (calling him sir or something else would be crazy) in charge of making the coffees started hurling curses and swear words of the worst kind, accompanied by throwing cups of various sizes two centimeters away from us, at the waiter who had served us. A truly unpleasant and embarrassing situation. I sincerely hope that waiter will leave that dreadful place.

27/12/2025: I call to ask if they accept meal vouchers, and the lady says yes, no problem, "even for dinner?" Yes, yes, "even Edenred?" Of course! So I book for four that same evening, and when it's time to pay, "No, sorry, we don't accept meal vouchers!" Let's point out that I called and asked three questions, "Maybe we didn't understand each other on the phone."
15/12/2025: The food is good. The atmosphere is pleasant, and best of all, there's parking and it's indoors.

Review 2026:
Since you revamped the menu, I've had a less satisfying experience than usual with the quality of the food... and I really miss the Zena sandwich. The new one called Genovese with mozzarella is pretty terrible. At least you could have used creamy stracchino if you don't use prescinseua anymore.
