I live in Alessandria and when I get nervous I can't help but come to you, your focaccia is excellent, especially freshly baked, it's excellent, truly congratulations!! What to say about Recco's focaccia? I could eat a bomb in a pan. Is it possible to order your wonderful products online? Thank you.

We were with you on Saturday we had the focaccia it was still warm and it was love let's not talk about the spectacular focaccia from Recco the focaccia the one with pesto was excellent. Compliments!! We will be back soon. Your focaccia is always excellent since I come from Piedmont, can I order it as I should? Thank you

Without a doubt, the right place to find the best focaccia in all of Genoa! I will never forget the first time I tried it, since then I haven't tried anything better. I will return every time I travel to Italy!

Trattoria Via Vai

05/02/2024: Scelta casualmente per un pranzo domenicale, la trattoria Via Vai merita una buona recensione: locale di facile reperimento, ambiente tranquillo ed accogliente e con un menù con un numero non troppo elevato di scelte ma con proposte interessanti e nel nostro caso, assolutamente ben riuscite. Ottimi i ravioli al ragù così' come i tortelli di magro alla crema di aglio ben equilibrata. Bene anche per il brasato e la tagliata all'aceto balsamico. Prezzi onesti, personale cortese e disponibile. Torneremo!
28/10/2023: Ultima trattoria di Torriglia. Buoni piatti, prezzi abbastanza economici e chiari. Ambiente raccolto, poco frequentato. Frequentato il ven e sab sera, sempre trovato bene. Menù dai 25-30€ con o senza dolce. Torriglia è stata n luogo tipico dell' entroterra Ligure.
