12/06/2026: Embarrassing! Pizza with buffalo mozzarella, made on a frozen base and with buffalo mozzarella, of dubious origin, that didn't taste like buffalo mozzarella. I asked for a coffee (I was the only one there), the waiter was waiting for me to get it and was told to bring it to me.
Bill: €8 for the pizza with a frozen base, €2 for the coffee, ok, €2 for the water, ok, €3 for the service, paper placemat, paper napkin, knife and fork, ok, square of farinata received, bread, breadsticks, and welcome prosecco (as stated on their menu) not delivered.

30/06/2026: A sea-view restaurant recommended to us by the owner of our vacation rental. As it was our first evening and we weren't familiar with the area, we went to this restaurant. At first glance, it looked very inspiring, but our expectations were higher than what we ate. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests, and the service was average. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but it's a good seafood restaurant. Recommended despite everything.
28/06/2026: I ate spaghetti with sea breeze, it would have been good, but it's a shame that I found a clam full of sand which, when I opened it, ruined the rest of the dish... ok, it can happen, but at least I would have appreciated a little discount on the bill... I don't think we'll be back.

When I pointed this out to the staff, they were completely indifferent.
€25 per person for nothing.
18/05/2026: Interesting little place. Even the alley it's located on is very quaint. The osteria is a very simple, rustic trattoria, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend the octopus tripe, which in my opinion is the star dish. I found it indescribable 🤩🤩

05/02/2026: The food may not be perfect, but it's very good. The kebab is good, and the pizza too. The service is fantastic. I arrived at the hotel with my family late, and everything was closed at 11 p.m. They were already cleaning up at 11:15 p.m., and they still had no problem making me two more pizzas. Real people! Thanks. I came back today for two more pizzas. This kind of customer service is what builds a business. Thank you! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

20/12/2025: I don't speak Italian, but everything was perfect. The pizza was 100% Italian, well-priced, and of great quality. It was freshly prepared. Everything was perfect.

14/06/2026: I hosted a family dinner at Pinsotto, and it was a perfect evening in every way!
My family is all quite critical, but they were pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the pinsa, cooked very well, and the high-quality ingredients used to topping it. The waiters are kind, and the staff is generally very attentive to food intolerances and celiac disease. In fact, there was a celiac at the table, who usually feels sick elsewhere due to airborne contamination of the flour, but here the pinsa for celiacs are prepared and cooked separately, so much so that she didn't have any symptoms at all!
The quality-price ratio is fair, so what else can I say?

08/04/2026: We have been taking pizza from the terrace for many years recommended by my good dad Vincenzo, it is delicious and very digestible plus I highly recommend the desserts better than 1 pastry shop and they are genuine as if homemade ... the service is quick and always punctual and courteous !!!!

12/04/2026: We went for lunch on Easter Monday, and perhaps it wasn't the right day to fully appreciate the menu, given that they were packed.
So, there were lights and shadows between excellent appetizers (excellent giardiniera and excellent cured meats) and Genoese ravioli, and a roast that was absolutely inedible, being tough and dry.
Perhaps it would be best to return on a "quieter" day to better appreciate their work.
07/04/2026: Easter Lunch. Everything's good, but what about the "DELIGHTFUL EASTER CAKE WITH LITTLE EGGS"? ... When?!

10/11/2025: I'm sorry to have to report this. Yesterday I went to this bar with my son and husband. The management doesn't give you a smile, not to mention the cleanliness! If an inspection comes, they'll ask me!
So my advice is: clean up!
