05/09/2025: 30 minutes before closing they don't answer the phone a genius who pays them then Friday evening a disgrace butile asks is open then if they advertise home delivery not the first time

21/07/2025: To whoever took the order today, July 21, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, I would advise them to change jobs so as not to let the Hamburger Restaurant go bankrupt. We ordered two burgers, specifically asking for them to be rare, as overcooked meat is inedible. Bear in mind that there were only four people in the restaurant at the time, so it was empty. The kitchen certainly wasn't working hard. Well, the first one arrived after 5 minutes (an acceptable amount of time), and the second after over 10 minutes, but BOTH OVERCOOKED!!!! I wanted to be very calm and polite, because workers can make mistakes, and point out to the person who took the order that the burgers were overcooked, almost stringy. The response?: I'M SORRY, THE KITCHEN FORGOT THEM ON THE GRILL... shrugging and asking the next customer for their order!!!!!!!! We've been eating there for years with colleagues and friends, but I'll do everything I can to persuade anyone to come and eat there. I've read some reviews, and based on their approach, what happened to me today isn't an isolated incident!

29/08/2025: On Wednesday, August 27 (around noon), I visited this restaurant in Bonassola with three friends. We sat at a table, each ordered something (beer, coffee, juice, lemonade, chips, etc.), and asked the staff if it was possible to play cards while we ate. They told us it was no problem and that, if the owner hadn't agreed, they would have let us know. A few minutes later, the owner arrived, an extremely rude man, starting with his approach: without even saying hello, he rudely told us that the table was for lunch and that cards weren't played there. We immediately removed the cards, but continued to eat what we had ordered. Shortly afterward, a friend of mine politely asked for an ashtray, and the owner's response—again rude—was the same: the table was for lunch, without even asking us if we intended to stay and eat there (which, had the approach been different, we probably would have). The result was that we felt so uncomfortable and mistreated that we quickly finished our drinks and left. I find it absurd that those who work in the restaurant business, instead of being welcoming and courteous, treat customers so poorly. Their rigid, rude, and uneducated attitude ruined our meal and will definitely prevent us from ever returning. Highly discouraged.

30/08/2025: With a reservation for seven people, I find two round tables, a carefully crafted silver table setting, excellent bread accompanied by a small plate of mountain butter, and a wine list that reads like a dictionary, and unfortunately, the wine we chose is sold out. This is where the small inconveniences begin. My appetizer, brandacujun stockfish, was excellent, hot, with excellent olives. The same cannot be said for my friends' breaded Monterosso anchovies, which had a slightly worn flavor. Meanwhile, the 10-year-old girl awaits her dish without the slightest attention. The first course: tagliatelle with small-sized scampi in a smoky-flavored bisque, cold and overcooked. The spaghetti with clams was borderline acceptable. Ravioli were served in a used gravy boat, like a carafe, without a spoon or a saucer. Obviously, since I couldn't eat, they asked me, and I replied that I didn't like it. Then the chef showed up, hatless, from the kitchen where another person in civilian clothes was milling around, and insistently demanded explanations, which I promptly provided. He insisted that everything was fresh and the other table had already eaten... We got up and got discounted on the two first courses. Very intimate place, some suggestions: Reduce the wine list Fewer well-made dishes Lower the prices Less French, more Ligurian

23/09/2025: Thanks Noely! I visited this KFC tonight with my family before going to the airport. I was stressed because my phone was about to die and I’d forgotten a wall charger. I asked the staff if they could charge it for me and Noely took care of it. She let me use her charger and made sure my phone was safe and charging. Thanks for the great customer service. P.S The bathrooms were good and the restaurant was clean. My family said the food was yum. I recommend this place as KFC restaurant.

06/10/2025: McDonald's from previous years was small and weak, with no option to order online or through machines, and huge queues.

05/10/2025: The food was delicious, there were games and it was also fun so I really enjoyed it

01/06/2025: Really terrible brioche, I didn't understand if they were simply raw inside but they remind me of frozen ones, even cream without personality. I had guessed it from the photos but I let myself be convinced by the reviews, which at this point amaze me. Friendly but disorganized service, slow, you can't understand the order of those who have to order, narrow space... I'm sorry but really a failed place, no staff, they will surely be good people

13/09/2025: I can only praise the quality of the pastry shop and the beauty of the place, but unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with a tall waiter who was intrusive and inappropriate, a familiarity we certainly don't have. I'm a regular customer, but this is the first time I've heard someone calling me out loud, as if we were in a public square, asking me personal questions just out of curiosity. In a place like this, perhaps you should remember the importance of discretion towards the customer, and that his role is to make the visit pleasant, which certainly wasn't the case today.

06/09/2025: Fantastic coffee bar, delicious croissants, and incredibly friendly service. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Carbonara is more of a combination of pasta and scrambled eggs, it was hard for us to finish it. Ravioli in bolognese sauce is a bit better, but not amazing either.

23/09/2025: I had a really good time! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was superb, and the prices were even better.

08/10/2025: Already a reasonably satisfied customer, I ordered ten pizzas for a dinner in Sori with friends. I called at 6:05 PM (they don't accept orders before that time), believing that by ordering early, the quality and service wouldn't change and that their job would actually be easier (silly me). When asked, "What time is delivery?" I replied 8:30 PM. At 8:35 PM, the pizzas arrived. Inedible! Simply because they were obviously cooked well in advance (to save themselves work during rush hour?) and then reheated for delivery. Ten very hard pizzas with dry toppings and coarsely chopped meats. One of them was mostly burned. All the guests left it on their plates. Never again! It's a shame because, while they're not a top-notch restaurant, they're one of the few in the area that delivers. The delivery guys are always kind and helpful.

04/09/2025: The food was good and worth the price. We were a bit annoyed by the waitresses, who were loudly engaged with friends/acquaintances. I think it's inappropriate to play videos at full volume on your smartphone in a restaurant. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I think there's room for improvement here.

17/08/2025: I can't recommend eating there. The carbonara is pasta with water and a raw egg. Inedible!!! After complaining, they tell you it's the right way and throw the food back into the pan. Typical, unacceptable! Better spend your money somewhere else!
