13/06/2026: First time: excellent regular focaccia, one of the best in Genoa. Perhaps the best. I'll try something else. Very good.

10/06/2026: The store recently installed a self-service checkout. A few weeks ago, I purchased a product for €1.45. I inserted two coins, one for €1 and the other for 50 cents, at the same time, but the machine only accepted the €1 amount. The other clerk (the one without glasses), annoyed by what had happened, rudely asked me to insert the missing amount (45 cents) and then, via video camera, let me know, as if we had contacts. Adding insult to injury, I won't be going to this bakery in the future; there are others in the area with good products and friendly staff. I recommend inserting coins into the self-service checkout one at a time to avoid paying a higher amount.

28/12/2025: Confusing menu and incompetent staff, a place bordering on legality in terms of hygiene: dirty tables, and when I pointed it out to the staff, they annoyedly passed a semi-damp cloth over them, dropping the dirt on the floor without cleaning it up. There's no children's menu. Ask for a kid-friendly sandwich and they gave me a spicy one. They've already closed once, but with this kind of work, they'll soon be back. They'll definitely never see me again in the entire chain, as this is their standard. Returning after a few years at our son's request, on December 26, 2025, not only didn't improve, but they managed to make things even worse: soft and black fries, probably from extremely used oil, sandwiches and their signature chicken that looked like they'd been taken from the organic waste bin and microwaved. Filthy floors and tables, drinks dispenser filthy as a cesspool... I wonder if anyone's checking. €38 wasted...

19/05/2026: Great place, sunny, large bar with seating and tables inside, TV with games and music videos, slot machines, hot and cold food, packaged gluten-free food products., pastry shop and internal dining room, friendly, young staff.

25/12/2025: The baristas are very fast, attentive, and friendly. It's my first time there; my toast was excellent. The atmosphere is family-friendly, but some elements are quite noisy, with the Chinese barista being a bit too kind to certain people, poor thing. But the service is fine and clean. Coffee and cappuccino are excellent. The restrooms, considering it was just after lunch, were okay. For a bar, a bit dated overall, it's a good place to be. It has a large screen with music always playing. It has a couple of gaming machines. The food in the window is well-presented, except for the sandwiches, toast, and focaccia... brioches. I'll be back during my Saturday breaks. Bus stop 45, practically right outside. Spacious interior, plenty of seating both at the counter and inside. Tiny outdoor area, just a small corner for smoking, but in the summer, two tables are always occupied.

22/12/2025: Royal Sushi - very bad experience. We came on December 22nd at 12:25 PM, table #20 (if I remember correctly). After more than an hour of waiting, we were only served two dishes from our entire order, and unfortunately, the quality was very poor: the fish had an unusual smell and taste. The other dishes never arrived, despite the long wait. At 1:35 PM, we left practically without having eaten, but we still paid 45 euros. At checkout, there was also confusion with the table number, and we were asked to pay more than we should have. Slow and disorganized service, disappointing food quality. ↓ We do not recommend and will not return.

21/10/2025: A tavern with delicious traditional dishes. We tried the tagliolini with fresh porcini mushrooms and the venison ravioli. Both were very good. The cheesecake was also excellent! The chef and waitress were very kind. Let them advise you 😊

They use their own recipes for certain drinks and classic recipes for others. The selection is good. They also offer classic aperitivo snacks or more elaborate dishes, such as cheese, cured meat, or fried platters. The staff is courteous and friendly. Prices are average.

04/09/2025: I rarely recommend a restaurant based on a single meal, but this is the case. Ora Blu was a pleasant surprise, both for its cuisine, service, and location. We were particularly impressed by the pasta with clams and the mixed grilled fish. All the ingredients were incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly, preserving the freshness and authentic flavor of the fish. Truly excellent. We felt truly welcomed by the lovely Michela. I highly recommend Ora Blu in San Michele di Pagana, a quaint, colorful, and quiet village between Rapallo and Santa Margherita, where you can also enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Tigullio Gulf and the Riviera!

20/08/2025: Pasta felt low quality. French fries feels also low quality + frozen. The portion of the “large fritto misto” is very small quantity. What would have you given me if I ordered the medium size? Unacceptable food.

05/11/2025: We sat outside the bistro and had a super friendly server – so full of positive energy and joy, it was truly contagious! 😊 We had a pizza and a pasta dish, both of which were delicious. The seating is lovely, and you can watch the world go by. The prices are absolutely reasonable – we highly recommend this place! 🍝🍕✨

12/06/2026: A lovely evening, a very pleasant atmosphere, and the added bonus of the children's play area where they can enjoy dinner while the little ones play. As for the pizza, it was very good, but perhaps a little too thin for my personal taste. Overall, a great experience, worth repeating!

24/05/2026: A great place to escape the chaos of the city, near the entrance to the former rail path leading to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Guardia. Traditional homemade cuisine. Excellent vegetarian ravioli with nettle and walnut cream. Delicious desserts. Fairly priced. Very kind and friendly.

21/04/2026: I waited half an hour to be told my dish was out. I ordered something else, but a different one arrived, awful, too. The second course was poor quality, with half-raw potatoes. Not even the coffee was a success. I must say that, as a sales representative, I often eat out for work, and I've been to this place before without feeling the need to review it, as I wouldn't have praised it or criticized it. This time, however, they outdid themselves. I don't think I'll return; there are many other options nearby, higher quality, more customer service, and you might even pay a little less.
