16/12/2025: Left a positive review a year ago. Ordered pizza at least 5 times. It's getting worse. Tonight was the apotheosis. Service aside, they're right behind my house. 30 minutes, they told me, but I called them after 44 minutes. Delivery took an hour. And after delivering 5 times, they say the GPS doesn't show our street (the street is very clear, we're downtown). The pizzas were almost inedible, raw, the tomato sauce was mind-blowing. I've never had a pizza like this in my life. The farinata was like a mattress, raw. I tasted it to judge, 2 cm of farinata and threw it away. If you don't know how to make it, don't put it on the menu. I don't know if the management has changed or something. Who makes the pizzas? But nothing like this has ever happened. It's not a matter of taste here; the pizzas are almost inedible. The tomato sauce was the most incredible thing. Mozzarella was almost nonexistent. Terrible ingredients. A pizza that tastes like plastic. I understand that since it was delivered (I repeat, back here) it couldn't have been hot, but not like this. Even lukewarm, if it's good, is good.

20/09/2025: We have been getting pizza from Panucci for some time now and I always recommend your place, but: last night I ordered two pizzas and a farinata and I have to say that we were not very happy. First of all, the order arrived an hour earlier than expected with the risk of not being at home. Secondly, and I say this because I ate very good pizzas from you last night. The usual standard was not maintained. The pizza was undercooked, the flour used did not seem to be of good quality and above all the ingredients were absolutely not as usual. The onion was practically almost raw and tasteless. I will continue to get pizza from you hoping that it returns to the usual levels!

10/08/2026: It used to be the best ice cream shop in Arenzano, but now the gelato is watery and tasteless. Furthermore, the staff is uninterested and rude to customers. I asked for a €4 mint granita (nothing special, by the way) and they gave me the larger one without me noticing, charging me an extra euro. Nothing special, but it's a bad thing. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

13/07/2026: The staff is welcoming and always smiling, which is already worth the 5 stars. The gelato is wonderful, both the fruit and the creamy ones. I would have also liked to try the granitas, but I didn't have the chance, but looking at them, they looked very good. 🔝

02/06/2026: I've been using them for a really long time. Fast, clean, helpful, and punctual...excellent home delivery service with the option of paying by card. The pizza is delicious, always cooked well and with top-quality ingredients...if you want good pizza, go to O'pizzicato. Highly recommended!!!

12/04/2026: We went to buy a cake for a birthday, and not only was the cake delicious, but the lady who served us was also very kind and even gave us the candle for free. The service and quality made us want to come back.

20/12/2025: Be careful and ask for the scale summary, because four brioches, four strips of focaccia, and two triangles can't possibly cost nearly 16 euros. And when the shop is busy, you have to be lucky to find a friendly clerk.

27/08/2025: Disappointing experience. I arrived at the store and asked for a 1kg tray of mixed focaccia, and the clerk, who was already preparing one, gave me that tray, marked as 1kg (not weighed in front of me). On the way home, I weighed the focaccia with the entire tray because it seemed light, and the actual weight was only 760g (without the tray, therefore, it must have been just over 650g of focaccia). When I asked for an explanation over the phone, I was given a less than convincing explanation that "warm focaccia weighs more"... A completely unfounded and unscientific theory. It seems more like a way to justify an obvious mistake. You've lost a customer!

22/10/2025: I ate a very thin and tasty pizza, well cooked.

02/10/2025: The pizza was nothing special, the atmosphere was so noisy it was almost impossible to understand each other. The friendly and polite waiters saved the day.

26/09/2025: The gluten-free sandwiches are good, but it's a shame that the bread used is the packaged kind found in supermarkets, and that since they've been gluten-free for years, they haven't yet managed to offer gluten-free chips and bacon (and contamination). Even though the sandwiches have been revisited (removing ingredients like beacon), there's still a surcharge on the gluten-free menu.

16/07/2026: The terrace offers a splendid view of Genoa. The selection is limited, but the dishes are good, especially the truly exquisite panther dessert. The owner is very friendly. The only downside is the narrow road to get there. It would be a good idea to at least cut down the trees on the sides, which risk scratching cars. The ideal way to reach the restaurant is on foot, taking a stroll among the forts.

12/07/2026: Beautiful place. A little difficult to get to, as the road leading there is very narrow and unpaved for about 1-2 km. Parking is limited. The food is very simple, but the quality is quite good. The value for money is good. Plus, the view from the terrace is stunning. Worth a try.

13/06/2026: First time: excellent regular focaccia, one of the best in Genoa. Perhaps the best. I'll try something else. Very good.

10/06/2026: The store recently installed a self-service checkout. A few weeks ago, I purchased a product for €1.45. I inserted two coins, one for €1 and the other for 50 cents, at the same time, but the machine only accepted the €1 amount. The other clerk (the one without glasses), annoyed by what had happened, rudely asked me to insert the missing amount (45 cents) and then, via video camera, let me know, as if we had contacts. Adding insult to injury, I won't be going to this bakery in the future; there are others in the area with good products and friendly staff. I recommend inserting coins into the self-service checkout one at a time to avoid paying a higher amount.
