27/02/2026: Good pastries, but rude staff. The black-haired girl treated me arrogantly; customer service is important. Instead of guiding you toward a purchase, she makes you feel awkward and unwanted. Given the fierce competition, they should definitely rethink their approach. I'm sorry, but we absolutely won't be returning.

27/12/2025: I call to ask if they accept meal vouchers, and the lady says yes, no problem, "even for dinner?" Yes, yes, "even Edenred?" Of course! So I book for four that same evening, and when it's time to pay, "No, sorry, we don't accept meal vouchers!" Let's point out that I called and asked three questions, "Maybe we didn't understand each other on the phone."

21/11/2025: A very pleasant place. The hostess, Iolanta, made us feel right at home. The dishes were prepared right before our eyes and were delicious! We were offered welcome drinks and an aperitif before heading out. I highly recommend it!

20/12/2025: I don't speak Italian, but everything was perfect. The pizza was 100% Italian, well-priced, and of great quality. It was freshly prepared. Everything was perfect.

22/11/2025: We're a group of friends on a sports trip to Varazze. We're looking for a place to grab a pizza, and the guys from our opposing sports team recommend this place. We called way late for a standard reservation (7:00 PM), and they easily found us a spot for 8:00 PM. We had a great meal: tasty pizzas, well-topped, and a good dough that was perfectly cooked. The waitress and manager were welcoming and smiling, and the pizza + dessert + drink + liqueur were all very competitively priced; you won't find anything similar at that price in La Spezia. We'll be back.

22/09/2025: I'm not usually one to praise places, but to shake them from their self-confidence and self-assurance with negative reviews. I've been here a couple of times to see if the kindness and quality of the products, which are also priced the same as elsewhere, were a coincidence. I started with the gelato, then moved on to the granita and a few other prepared treats from the counter. You can tell there's the touch of a true gelato maker here, and from what little I've spoken to them, I'd say they're not from the north, and I'd have no doubts. My compliments for the kindness of the staff and the quality of the products. In my opinion, the best gelato shop in Genoa. Congratulations to everyone.

10/04/2026: Four stars for the atmosphere, because it's a McDonald's...it's always a bit crowded. But the service is always very organized and efficient.

27/03/2026: Between Turchino and Masone, unfortunately next to the highway and the church of the same name, is this restaurant with a large parking lot. The interior is dated and unpretentious. The food is good, with a generous first course and a delicious cake. Price including water and wine is €15 + €3 (discounted) for dessert.

I give one star for the service because my partner and I were seated at a table right against the wall, right where there was a cupboard in the wall, on the table tape. The waitress, as if nothing had happened, opened the table and took the napkins, apologizing.

28/02/2026: Ever since we first stopped at Trattoria dei Pescatori, we've been lovingly returning. Not only are the dishes excellent in their simplicity, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The chef pours care and love into everything he does. In every choice, every flavor, every detail. Thank you.

28/12/2025: Confusing menu and incompetent staff, a place bordering on legality in terms of hygiene: dirty tables, and when I pointed it out to the staff, they annoyedly passed a semi-damp cloth over them, dropping the dirt on the floor without cleaning it up. There's no children's menu. Ask for a kid-friendly sandwich and they gave me a spicy one. They've already closed once, but with this kind of work, they'll soon be back. They'll definitely never see me again in the entire chain, as this is their standard. Returning after a few years at our son's request, on December 26, 2025, not only didn't improve, but they managed to make things even worse: soft and black fries, probably from extremely used oil, sandwiches and their signature chicken that looked like they'd been taken from the organic waste bin and microwaved. Filthy floors and tables, drinks dispenser filthy as a cesspool... I wonder if anyone's checking. €38 wasted...

30/07/2025: One thing's for sure: traditional dishes, made "as they should be" (and as Genoese grandmothers used to make them): minestrone, ravioli, pesto lasagna, meatloaf, stuffed pasta, vitello tonnato, fried anchovies, cima... a true "handbook" of Genoese cuisine! Pleasant and quiet atmosphere, impeccably clean.
