06/11/2023: It's been a long time since I've been back to the cave and I've always found the pizza to be as good as ever... the prices have gone up a bit like in all the other places but the pizza here is worth it both for its goodness and size, rather than other places. pizzerias...

17/08/2024: This place doesn't even deserve a star, I went with my husband and my two children to have a simple breakfast, we took two cappuccinos, two croissants and a mini croissant with a still water (plastic San Benedetto bottle), we spent the beauty of 1.50pm! I understand seaside locations etc. but guys this price for two simple cappuccinos and two brioche which didn't even look like Christmas panettone made in the shape of brioche. Thieves then you wonder why Italians go abroad for holidays. Ah then I add the terrible presence of the bartender who doesn't even pay for a smile. In short, failed everything, don't have breakfast here, get the croissant from the supermarket first, it's better and costs less.

04/05/2024: In the bathroom, non-existent soap and toilet paper on the toilet brush, I also asked for a drop of water and they gave it to me hot, I pointed it out and they didn't replace it

02/09/2024: A little corner of paradise in Punta Chiappa Stella Maris is a small hotel with a truly unique location, reachable only by boat. The hotel is totally immersed in nature with lakes and cute turtles, sunbeds and a swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the spaces surrounding the fantastic suites. A stone's throw from the hotel there is also the possibility of swimming at Punta Chiappa. The view is wonderful and exciting especially in the evening. We decided to eat at their restaurant and in addition to the view we were able to appreciate sublime cuisine with quality products. Michela and Andrea were fantastic hosts, welcoming and always ready to listen to our needs. I will definitely return!

25/08/2024: I went in to get my son a Happy Meal for a snack. The place wasn't too crowded. I sat with the child at a table that wasn't too clean and had various things on the floor around it but it was the only free one... As the gentleman who was cleaning passed, he was visibly annoyed and picked up some rubbish from the floor and put it on our table in a rude way. I point out to him that it wasn't ours but he mumbles something rudely to us, not in Italian and goes away leaving the rubbish there, next to my child who was eating... Unprecedented rudeness, if you don't feel like working stay at home!

24/08/2024: A quiet place.. very youthful.... hamburgers not that great.... but there are many other things to eat..... chicken salad... smart and fast guys... I don't recommend ordering for home. .. nice environment even for children 👍

12/08/2024: Very large pizzeria (suitable for large tables, birthdays, etc.) which also has an outdoor garden area and an indoor playground for children. They have reduced the menu, I read fish from the reviews but it isn't there. They have added a hamburger menu and there is a meat section with various options. So many pizzas for every taste, I think it's impossible not to find one you like. I would also add that there are lots of doughs to vary. The menu printed on the placemats is very useful as it has everything except the desserts which are part of the house and something ready like ice cream for the children. The only small detail, but easily solvable, are the cobwebs that my arachnophobic companion didn't appreciate. We arrived at 7pm and the service was "slow" but with two pizzas and a mixed grill I find it a good sign because everything was prepared to perfection and well cooked. There are free car parks nearby, which is no small feat for Sestri Levante.

28/07/2024: Terrible, most badly spent money, I don't even regret the money spent in the pharmacy.. in comparison.... we didn't eat the pizza but first and second courses of fish I don't highly recommend.

16/04/2024: I was at lunch with a friend, I go in and wait for my turn, the lady behind the counter without even looking me in the face says "tell me?" I ask for the crepes listing the ingredients and still not looking me in the face she says sit down, her friends are coming and he serves them first, a couple of regular customers also pass me by (given the familiarity), in the end he serves me with the wrong, burnt crepes... I leave everything there and leave... never again

08/07/2024: Bar fronte mare, ottima posizione. Aperitivo semplice ma buono (patatine, pizzette, focaccia, carote e salsa cocktail). Buona anche la pizza. Cameriera molto gentile.

27/05/2024: A proximité de la gare ce petit restaurant ne paie pas de mine, et c'est grâce à Tripadvisor que nous l'avons découvert. La porte de la cuisine est ouverte et on peut voir le chef à l'oeuvre, super! Nous avons passé une excellente soirée dans un cadre "familial" avec des plats savoureux, et un vin blanc excellent. Un bémol simplement, quand on ne parle pas italien, et très peu l'anglais, la carte n'est pas facile à lire mais la serveuse nous a proposé la traduction en français sur le téléphone. Sinon, une serveuse très sympathique, ainsi que le chef, qui a pris quelques minutes pour discuter avec nous à la fin du repas. Pas sur que nous revenions à Gênes, mais sinon, nous retournerons dans ce restaurant avec beaucoup de plaisir.

28/07/2024: Conoscevamo o" Ciumin quando era a Campomorone e siamo andati a ritrovarlo sopra le alture di Mignanego. Sconsiglio di passare da Cesino perché pur essendo la strada molto pittoresca, è piuttosto stretta. Meglio raggiungere l'ostaia dalla statale dei Giovi. La zona dove è collocato il ristorante, ex-trattoria delle Vigne, è molto verde. Ci sono ampi spazi esterni e sale interne confortevoli. Il personale e i padroni sono sempre cordiali e accoglienti. Il servizio è rapido e accurato.Ampia scelta di piatti di mare con pesce freschissimo e piatti di terra invitanti ( io ho mangiato solo pesce, tuttavia il pesto dei ravioli di patate era buonissimo.) Buono l antipasto con cappon magro, insalata russa (con il tonno!), tartare di fassona, cozze alla marinara, brandacuiun, burratina condita con pesto, microgamberetti fritti. Imbarazzo della scelta di primi, con ravioli, taglierini di pasta fresca conditi con sughi di terra e di mare . Io ho assaggiato quelli con moscardini veramente buoni, secondi di pesce e di terra promettenti. Ho mangiato i totanetti alla Matteo con pomodorini e olive tenerissimi e gustosi senza essere invadenti. Scelta di dolci da indurre in tentazione e mantenere le promesse. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .Ci torneremo. In sintesi cucina genuina ma accurata molto apprezzabile. Ci torneremo.l

24/06/2024: Su suggerimento di amici abbiamo cenato in questo locale, situato sulle alture di Genova con bel panorama. Peccato che il tempo non abbia consentito di cenare fuori. Locale non molto grande ma molto accogliente. Il titolare persona simpaticissima. Tutte portate accattivanti. Abbiamo iniziato con antipasto del Ciummin per tutti, per seguire con ravioli di patate al pesto (condiviso), tagliarini ai funghi porcini in bianco. Successivamente, acciughe fritte, funghi fritti o tagliata al castelmagno. Terminato con un dolcino: io sorbetto al limone con vodka, ma altri: meringata con castagne (buonissima), affogati vari, panne cotte a gusti vari. Alcuni hanno preso caffè. Il tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di Falanghina e da una Bonarda ferma. Tutto buonissimo. Porzioni abbondanti e tempi di attesa giusti. Prezzo a persona € 38. Merita davvero!

17/06/2024: The rating varies between 3 and 4 stars. I more or less confirm what the other reviews have said. The menu is simple and with few options offering Ligurian cuisine, which in itself is fine but the selection of starters is missing. The place looks good, well furnished and harmonious with its style, but a little too quiet if there are few people and it is quite small. The dishes tasted (ravioli with meat sauce and veal with tuna sauce) are good and well made, however the prices are a little too high for the quantity offered, 11 Euros for a plate of ravioli that doesn't fill you up are a bit excessive, 13 Euros for veal with tuna sauce can fit in, the portions need to be reviewed without any doubt. The speed of service was greatly appreciated. If I were to read future reviews that show improvements on these points, I might consider going back.

25/07/2024: Presa in un "chiosco" al Porto Antico di Genova. Non male la granita siciliana cioccolato e mandorla anche se è decisamente un po' troppo cara. Un poco lento il servizio. Erano in due ma uno (forse il proprietario) non faceva nulla e rallentava la fila.

25/07/2024: Taken in a "kiosk" in the Porto Antico of Genoa. The Sicilian chocolate and almond granita is not bad even if it is definitely a little overpriced. The service was a little slow. There were two of them but one (perhaps the owner) did nothing and slowed down the queue.

16/07/2024: The meat inside was freezing cold. The side dish good. They do not meet allergen handling requirements. Overall I won't be returning!
